Pricey? Very. Food? Great. Milkshakes? Awesome! This is one of the few places I can find a peanut butter milkshake so I paid too much for a delicious, thick, creamy, fattening, delicious milkshake (yep, I said delicious twice) - which I thoroughly enjoyed. My companion loved their burger, and I was impressed with the friendly staff who were upbeat, happy and singing along to the bopping music being played. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere that made waiting for a delayed flight very enjoyable. PS - they have a vegan burger option for those interested! (Food gets a 4 star because of pricing)

I hope you're ready to light your money on fire when coming here. 5 Guys has always been pricier than other junk-peddling fast food chains, but this place is an absolute RIPOFF! $7.99 for an egg-only sandwich? $11.72 for only a hamburger? $14+ for a single patty bacon cheeseburger? These prices don't even include a drink or a side! I get that food prices gone up since COVID, but the prices here are more reflective of a greedy, shameless, and opportunistic business. If you'd like a great example of greedflation, look no further than here.

I had a 2 hour layover, landed in concourse C, was flying out of same concourse. Went for a walk to see what was for dinner. Walked all of the way from one end to Five Guys. A’dontae was the name in the receipt. Friendlier than many airport food service workers. Placed my order. Grabbed it and walked all of the way back to gate 2. Sat down to eat and not one jalapeño was on my burger. It was still a great burger, just no kick. Long day, didn’t feel like walking all of the way back. Will still recommend, just check there before leaving.

I visited the Five Guys at the Atlanta airport on Sunday, September 21 and had a very disappointing experience. When I approached the counter, the cashier, Kiarah, greeted me with a noticeably bad attitude. I ordered a little bacon burger, only to be told they were out of burgers and only had hot dogs available. I went ahead and ordered a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, pickles, barbecue sauce, and hot sauce.

When I checked my receipt, I noticed that tomatoes were listed even though I never asked for them. While the gentleman on the assembly line was making my food, I politely asked him not to add tomatoes and to make sure mustard was included instead. At that point, Kiarah loudly yelled across the restaurant, insisting that I did ask for tomatoes. I explained that I did not, but she continued arguing back and forth, completely unprofessional and unnecessary since I wasn’t even addressing her.

As I waited for my order, she continued talking with other employees in the back, saying things like she didn’t “have time for this.” After I picked up my food and walked away, I could hear her and other staff members laughing and discussing the situation among themselves.

All I wanted was a simple correction to my order, yet the cashier made the interaction stressful, rude, and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a busy airport where travelers just want a quick and respectful...

Ok so I waited like 30mins for a Sandwich, not a meal, just a sandwich. Almost missed my plane but that's just the beginning. I'm standing in line and there was a guy in front of me who had been waiting for his food for a long time as well... When he asked about his order the staff was confused and asked for the recipe. Unfortunately the guy threw the receipt in the trash but Was able to retrieve it. He then passed the receipt to the sandwich makers. 2 of them grabbed it to look at what the order was. After the fact they continued making orders... Neither of them changed their gloves at first. A woman and I made the situation know to the staff only one changed their gloves but the other didn't. So that was disgusting. I got back in line to try to get a refund but the line was too long and by then the plane was already boarding. So no refund, no food. I understand the rush but you guys should slow down and really...

Food was great and service was outstanding until it wasn’t! While eating my food I saw how customer focused the team was and constantly engaging with customers waiting in line to buy or walking by. After I finished eating my food purchased from this location I asked for a cup so I could fill it up with water. Someone who appeared to be a manager and was leading training for new people stopped his training to tell me they don’t give cups for water-even though 2 of his employees said yes and were in the process of handing me the cup. As someone who works in customer service that behavior is completely inappropriate. If they shouldn’t be giving the cups out that’s fine-but don’t reprimand your customer-follow-up with your employees after. The best part was prior to that I was going to approach the manager to tell him what a phenomenal job his team was doing-he completely ruined...
