Unbelievable in a very bad way! We visited this restaurant at 11:50am on a Sunday. We were greeted by a server who took our order while chatting on his phone via earbuds (note, he continued his call the entire time we were there, which was 25 minutes). There were 8 workers at the time we ordered. The one who took our order, and one who made our simple order of 2 ham sandwiches. The other workers were standing around talking to eachother and ignoring the line of customers or assisted their coworker who was doing all the work. The sandwiches were great! Service was terrible! The staff has a total lack of consideration for customers... Those people who pay their checks. Management should share these terrible reviews with those workers. If you look at photos that have been posted you will see the staff just standing around... I wish I would have taken some to back up this review. They have no regard for customers waiting. Management needs to find workers who will work and care for their customers!! If you're in a hurry to catch your flight, think twice about stopping here for a "quick" sandwich. It took 25 minutes for us to get 2 sandwiches. In hindsight, I've now read previous reviews, I wouldn't have stopped here had I known about the terrible service. I would be embarrassed and ashamed to call this my restaurant if I were the owner. I wonder how many bad reviews you need to get before taking Acton.

Atlanta Bread – A Bagel Misfire in the Galaxy Stopped in for what I hoped would be a warm, filling bagel to fuel my travels. Sadly, the execution was more on the flat side than a rise to the stars. The cheese bagel looked weary, pressed down as if it had just survived a meteor storm. The flavor wasn’t terrible—mildly cheesy and edible—but the presentation and freshness left much to be desired. ⚖️ The Balance of the Force Convenient location (perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the go). Staff service was polite and efficient, which helped smooth the experience. 🌑 Where Darkness Crept In Bagel came out squashed and underwhelming. Texture leaned toward tough and chewy rather than fresh-baked goodness. For the price, one hopes for something more substantial than a tired flat circle of bread. ⭐ Overall: A quick stop for convenience, yes, but if you’re searching for a bagel strong in freshness, this may not be the place. Next time, I may seek sustenance elsewhere in the system. 📸 Photos included so fellow travelers may judge the state of the bagel for themselves before embarking on this culinary mission.

Ok, so I usually do not do negative reviews but I feel this is robbery. I ordered the roast beef sandwich which came with cheddar cheese and asked the cashier if she could swap out the cheddar cheese for provolone. She said yes and after I sat down to wait I looked at my receipt, as you see, she charged $1.25 to add cheese. I asked her why she charged me to just swap out the cheese and she said “because you told me to.” I asked so if I just stayed with the cheddar you wouldn’t have? ( I was trying to understand as I don’t care about the $1.25, but it’s the principle). She said “no, you would’ve been charged for that too.” WHAT!?! The menu board advertises the sandwich came with cheese for $11.29, AND she’s going to charge me to add cheese to that?! I always liked Atlanta Bread Company, but I won’t be back. I question the quality of training or their principles to do this to people, and how many are they ripping off over the course of a day/week/year?!

Horrible service. The guy in Judy’s picture from a few weeks ago was sweeping when we asked if they were open since it was 9:30 or so at night. He said yes and kept sweeping. Another lady was talking to someone in back and looked at us and walked to the back and then the came out the side and kept talking with the lady who prepped the sandwiches. We stood at the counter waiting and noticed one of the electric signs with the menu was broken… specifically the one with the sandwiches which is what we wanted. After about 5 minutes, the guy that was sweeping comes over and asked if we’d like to order something. Well why didn’t he come over to take our order when we asked if the place was open and he saw us standing there at the counter? Very lackadaisical attitude. My husband asked if they were still making sandwiches since the sign was down. The guy responded yes and just looked at us. We asked what type of sandwiches do you have and he responded, in a perturbed way, the choices. Then we both ordered sandwiches and proceeded to say that we wanted lettuce, tomato, onion and could they do mayo on the side. Then the guy asks, “What don’t you want on the sandwich” to which I responded, “What else is on the sandwich?” He then spun around and walked away from the register and went and told the lady making sandwiches “you come take this order”. I responded with, “We can’t see what comes on sandwiches because your sign was down.” He copped an attitude for asking a question about their menu.

Next, the sandwich, making lady comes up and proceeds to take the rest of the order with water and chips and then she reads back the order and says, “you want lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard and mayo on the side”. I asked her, “it comes with mustard?” and she responded with, Yeah, it comes on it.” I said, “Well, no mustard… I didn’t know it came on the sandwich.” Then she proceeds to say, Well, you don’t have to have an attitude!” Long story short, there needs to be better people who work there who have patience for people asking questions about the food they’re about to purchase and eat…especially if your sign with the menu isn’t working. If there is no sign up with what each sandwich comes with then don’t be surprised when people ask questions. Then, after all of that, the lady walks back, mumbling, talking about “attitude”, when all along both of those employees had a horrible attitude and were impatient, and should be removed from any customer service, period. Lastly, even though we ordered onions, we didn’t get the onions so she didn’t even make the...

During my latest layover in Atlanta, I decided to grab a salad and a muffin for lunch. I ordered the carrot muffin with cream cheese icing and a Cobb salad with extra Ranch, no tomato.

The line moved a little slowly and took about 10 minutes with 4 people in front of me. Ordering was quick and easy. I received my order within 5 minutes of ordering and hastily walked to my gate as I'd only had a 30 minute layover between landing and boarding the next flight.

I munched on my muffin as I waited to board the plane. The muffin itself was tasty but the cream cheese topping was a little gluey. The taste wasn't bad, just a weird consistency. I ate my salad once I was on the plane. My order was made accurately and they included the extra dressing. There was ample of each topping which I was surprised about. The only bummer was the dressing was a pre-packaged dressing that didn't have much flavor. More like a dipping sauce cup then a salad dressing. The prices I felt were quite reasonable considering airport food is generally priced high. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again if I was in this...
