hahaha the service and food was so bad that i'm not sure if i'm mad or it's just funny. the 2 folks seem to be nice people, just wildly incompetant at their jobs. just don't go here. highlights:

placing order: 4 people waiting unnoticed/unattended, they were chatting in the back and didn't notice people were waiting taking order: didn't input the order when i ordered, so didn't know what i ordered when i had to pay ordered a burger: gal taking orders didn't know the guy who cooked the burger was done - so my burger was 5 minutes cold and i only got it because i asked ordered a beer: gal didn't know what beer i was ordering although i was looking at the fridge; she also tried to twist it open! lol buns: the buns were basically like crackers. the texture was like freeze dried cardboard. ha. tipping: they don't bring you the receipt to tip and sign. they run it on square, then shout "how much tip? nothing?" guy next to me had 2 beers, then said '1' (referring to tip amount) and they just charged him for 1 beer. again, has no idea what people ordered. gal down the bar just cancelled her sausage because it never came out. lady next to me had to wait and remind the folks that she ordered a beer. heh. the employees apologized to people though, so they're nice folks who knew they were.. missing or delayed on most...

Hi guys! So I’m at the Atl airport, excited because I’m going to see my baby in Va. I go to the nearest restaurant which is the lil hole in the wall joint but I’m in a hurry. I patiently wait in line because the 5 seats are filled. When is my turn to order, the girl skips me and goes to the guy behind me, he tells her, no she’s next and points at me. She says no what would you like, again he tells her I’m next. She walks away, goes to stir onions then after a while comes back to me and with total nastiness says what do you want? I tell her... she says we don’t have that, what else you want, just nasty and rolling her eyes. By this time I am mad as hell cause she’sgetting real loud so I had to get loud. The customers stopped and looked at the both of us and I placed the order and then just walked away. Don’t go here, super nasty little bit of a woman. Angry at what?! Not me, I didn’t make you work there, you should have listen to ur mommy and went to college! 😁😂 visit was 11/29 @2040 hours. If the manager cares about his customers he will deal with her or send her to take classes on customer service....

I ordered a Bar B q with slaw. I was served a hot dog with slaw! When I told your employee that the order was wrong he did not like it. He said if I wanted a Bar B q sandwich, I needed to say "pulled pork"! I responded by say saying, well I didn't order a "link" either if you want to argue about what to say. It appeared he didn't know that a link and a hotdogs are the same type of sandwich just as a bar b q and pulled pork are very similar . I realized I should have been more exact since he didn't appear to understand that people traveling from different parts of the US have different names for the same foods. Example: soda, pop, cola!! Also he stated he could not give me my change because he did not have coins! What a rip off to the public!! Maybe some customer service training as well as training on how there is more than one name for the foods you are serving. He is working in one of the largest airports with traveller's from all over the world. May some education in the area of these different names used for the same foods. You...
