The worst experience to begin my trip. I was hungry and decided on Charley’s. I was very specific with my order … no mayo, no tomatoes … just meat and provolone cheese. The girl preparing the steak immediately threw bell peppers and mushrooms on the grill with the steak and I had to stop her and say I “did not” ask for onions and mushrooms. Mind you, they only use one paper thin piece of meat for the steak sandwich. After the steak was cooked and put on the bun, the lady who took my order proceeded to slather the roll with mayo and added tomatoes. I could not believe it! This is the absolute worst place!!!! The Customer service is none existent. When I said this is not what I ordered, cancel my order and refund my money the employee became angry and argumentative shouting you didn’t say no mayo or tomatoes and started working on another order ignoring me standing there waiting for a resolution. I finally said, I want a refund which she said I’ll be there in a minute. Finally she tried to void the sale however she admitted no one in the restaurant knew how to refund the transaction. Unbelievable! They then informed me that the manager was in another terminal so I had to wait for her to come to Concourse C Southwest side. I restate … I was very specific from the onset about my order! Poor Customer Service. The Manager arrived with an attitude and offered no apology. 1st Interaction - I ordered cheese fries with my meal, they rang cheese fries, I paid for cheese fries & my receipt showed that I had paid for cheese fries. Instead of cheese fries, they gave me regular fries. I went back to the counter and told them that they made an error and I would like the cheese fries I paid for. The girl tells me I have to go back through the line and pay extra for cheese fries. I showed her my receipt and she still didn't grasp it and wanted to argue with me and berate me for another full minute before the manager came over who could actually read a receipt and gave me my cheese fries. She then had a nasty attitude with me when having to lower herself to handing me my cheese fries.
2nd interaction - I guess one of her buddies was still pissed about having to give me cheese fries so she came out and moved my bookbag to "clean" the table I was still sitting on and slammed my bookbag on the ground. Never once asking me if she could touch it. I told her unless she wanted to pay for anything damaged in that bookbag, she should probably avoid slamming it and then SHE got in my face and aggressively argued with me.

Read moreThis is the absolute worst service I’ve ever received. As a frequent traveler I’m at ATL more than I’d like, and I’m always met with attitude by the workers especially food establishments. On this particular day which stood out from the normal rudeness, I waited in line to order and the cashier called “next” so I approached her and immediately noticed a flippant attitude, so I use the (kill em with kindness )approach, and after paying I said “ thank you have a good day “ she looked directly at me and didn’t respond.
When my order was finished the cook called my number, I approached and asked for hot sauce, he literally rolled his eyes and audibly sighed as if I was inconveniencing him. He said “ we don’t have any”however I noticed Buffalo sauce close by so I asked for some of that instead, he squirted some in a container spilling it and didn’t even bother to put the lid on correctly and placed it down so hard in front of me that sauce got on my shirt. So needless to say I didn’t even dare ask for ketchup. I’ve literally had it with this place so I take my business elsewhere when I’m at that airport, ATL as a whole is void of customer service and filled with people who feel as if you the customer are bothering them.
