Shake Shack College Park — Restaurant in College Park

The College Park Shake Shack is only a month old, yet I can confidentially say that it is one of the best burger take out restaurants in the area. While they had touch screens for ordering individually (and using electronic payment) I ordered at a register because I was paying cash. The cashier helping me with my order was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. I needed to customize my order, and she ensured that my order was correct and I was ordering what I intended. After placing my order, I was impressed by the speed and efficiency the workers had when preparing my order. Given that I had a takeout order, it was completed not only quickly but correctly. The same cashier brought my order to me and she left me with a welcoming smile.

I had the pleasure of visiting Shake Shack today, January 2, 2025, and I want to take a moment to recognize Cynthia for her outstanding customer service. I've been a loyal customer for years, and while I’ve always received my food on trays, I noticed that today it was handed to me in a bag. When I expressed my concerns, instead of arguing with me like her other co worker did Cynthia was incredibly understanding and explained that they no longer provide trays.

What really stood out was how Cynthia went above and beyond to assist me. She was not only kind and courteous but also attentive to my needs without drawing attention to my disability. Her thoughtful assistance made my experience much more comfortable.

I went here on 12/20/24, the food was great and delivered to my table fast! But what really stood out to me was the people there. I could've ordered at the kiosk, but the cashier said she could take me. She had a great attitude and a willing desire to help (this is not a paid review by the way, she was just very sweet, wish i knew her name to shout her out), anyways while I was at the register the manager came over... he was a very kind caring man, I never got to thank him for his assistance; but him and my cashier were amazing!
