Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in College Station

I did an order online for a brownie cookie swirl. I got home and there was 2 missing already. I called and explained what happened, and she asked for my name and said hold on. She then told me that order wasn’t mine. I asked if it can get delivered she said no because I didn’t do delivery I had to come and get it if I wanted a new one. After I was already home. She said either come get it or get store credit. Her customer service was not as great. Attitude was she didn’t care honestly about it. I didn’t feel like going back so I asked if this wrong order was for another customer or why was it even wrong. Her response “I’m not the one who baked so I don’t know.” She didn’t even apologize about it. So I went back to get a new one, and the guy who gave it to me in window at least apologize about what happen. I still don’t understand why they didn’t notice there was 2 missing? I know they take out of a gray foil container, remove the white paper that’s on it, cut into 9 square pieces, and put partchment paper on top it and put it in another circle tray to cook it. My pizzas (2 medium Thin crusts) didn't look or taste fresh. I placed the order ahead of time (around 1:30) for pickup at 5:15. I got to Domino's at around 5:05 and it was already ready for me to take. So if I had shown up on time, it would have been sitting under the warmer for at LEAST 10 minutes. So idk how long it was sitting under there before I showed up. I guess lesson learned: do not order ahead.

Edit: I was called by the store manager regarding this review. He was super nice and explained that the heater was broken and thats why my pizza was sitting there for 10 minutes getting cold (again, I arrived early to pick it up so if I would have arrived on time it would have been getting cold for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous). But he made the situation right thankfully. Increasing...

Incompetence. If you don’t know what that word means then let me add a definition to it, dominos. A chese pizza, it does not get easier than that. Anyone could manage that, even a new born yet the people working here couldnt I’m more sadden then angry. not about my order being messed up, but sadden that people like them exist and made it this far in life. I cannot possibly comprehend how someone could mess up adding sauce and chese on a pan and then putting it through an oven. Its truly an amzing act to mess up something so simple. I truly hope the people working here get the help they need (one could say i need help for taking the time out of my day to write a review) but all i wanted was a pizza.
