Do not order delivery. After paying a hefty fee/ tip ,compared to the price of the food, they got my oder wrong again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. They don't pay attention to the orders received. One time I ordered 6 items and only got 3. When I call down there I'm told that I have to go pick it up or pick it up next time I go to the restaurant, therefore leaving me , and the other people I've ordered for if it's their items that are missing or wrong, out of luck for a meal. People order delivery for a reason and can't always immediately drop everything to go pick up the items that were missing or wrong. They shouldn't have to if they pay for the convenience for delivery, it's the restaurants responsibility to make sure the items ordered are accurate. I've been told they can't give refunds if it's ordered through the TB app. I asked how to go about doing that and the employee said they dont know. So, essentially I'm out of luck if I can't go pick it up. I've paid for food that I dont even know when I'll have time to get it on top of being charged for delivery. The TB app also doesn't have an option for a refund or to even speak to someone other than via email. Please do better TB crew. I'm not trying to be a Karen but it's been multiple times now, that's the only reason I'm even writing a review. If I was able to pick up the food I would not have ordered delivery and just picked it up in the first place. Read moreI didn’t go physically to Taco Bell but my bf went and got us food around 8:33pm. One thing I hate is spending a good amount of money on cold food. . I paid $30 here because every now and then I like to eat Taco Bell. I love the chalupas. I expect a fresh chalupa at least. I could have went to wings and more where I know my food was going to be fresh. I will not be coming here again. This is the 2nd time I’ve sent him to get food and the stuff is cold ! I don’t know if the person only hears the word quesadilla and automatically zooms through without hearing the differences. It’s not that hard. A cheese quesadilla is not a chick-en quesadilla. A steak quesadilla is not a chick-en quesadilla. Cheese or steak? It’s not chicken! I don’t know if this is a running joke?
