Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in College Township

We ordered for 4 people. Two loved their subs. My was gluten free and I asked for bread to be toasted and it wasn't. I threw up but I'm pretty sure that it was not anything they did though. Beside the grossness of GF untoasted bread, (I can't grasp the taste of yet.) I don't think it was cross contaminated, I have Celiac's and was just diagnosed so my stomach hasn't healed much. Though I didn't eat all of it is still hard for me to tolerate meals. So this is normal for me regardless if I cook a meal at home or order a meal . The other sub was a chicken ranch cheesesteak, there was no ranch, and he said it "looked like the chicken was cooked and then dried in the sun for 2 days," Maybe we will try again in a year if I continue to heal and I'm able to tolerate food better, but their hot subs with chicken on it less to be desired. The food was awesome first time at a jersey mikes and I loved it my food was excellent and the service was amazing I had never been to a jersey mikes so I didn't know what to expect the gentleman at the counter was super helpful and told me about how the subs work getting them the mikes way and what that entails I asked if there were different breads and I got to try a very tasty herbs and cheese bread and I had a code for a sub that wasn't working on the app for some reason but he made everything work and made the whole experience pleasant he wasn't rude at all and extremely helpful I used to be a subway guy but they have gone down hill over the years and I think I found my new go to for fast and friendly sub service I truly appreciate the experience and will be...

I stopped in for lunch today, I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was on point, was very helpful with my questions, and was very courteous. I'm a door Dasher with decades of F&B experience. I've seen customer service vanish. It's refreshing to see a business doing it right. From the moment I approached Jersey Mike's, the staff was great. The place was exceptionally clean for the busy store . An employee said hello and held the door for me, communication by management and staff during the busy rush was impressive.
