McDonald's — Restaurant in College Township

I understand that this is a college town and will give credit where credit is due. Every night, 100's if not 1000's of drunken individuals pile into this facility and slur out their desire for mcdoubles and mcnuggets. This mcdonalds caters to a crowd that's not very difficult to please. But what happens when the worthless team of felons behind the counter cannot even comprehend a basic order? Chaos. Tonight, myself, along with a lovely young lady embarked on a trip to this restaurant after an enjoyable evening at a social gathering with some friends. Our order was simple; two mcflurries. The gentlemen (and I use that term loosely) at the counter swiped the card and proceeded to take orders. This beautiful young lady and myself proceeded to wait 20 minutes as other patrons were served before finally being asked what we were waiting for. The employee then told us that the ice cream machine was down and he refunded our money to the card 20 minutes ago. It would have been nice if he had told us that 20 minutes ago so we could proceed onward with our night, but apparently in addition to common courtesy, manners, and basic grammar skills, these fine meth addic--- ehemmm, I mean employees, also lack basic communication skills. The one (woman?) is clearly on some sort of narcotic on a regular basis (9 am in the morning?), the staff is unfriendly to anyone and everyone (unless you have a darker skin pigment, spend $300 on sneakers, and talk like you're a little bit retarded.) This facility is ridiculous and an embarrassment to state college. It's 3 in the morning, I don't expect 5 star, but some common decensy would be nice. I'll be taking my business to D.P. Dough, Billy-O's, and even Taco Bell...

First off, its a 85 degree day so I pull up to the drive through to order a few drinks. I immediately am greeted with "what do you want?" I order a large Sprite, a large Sweet Tea, a larger water & 2 medium cups of ice.. the woman snaps back "$2.12, second window" so I pull around to the first window as there are is a car in front of me and there's a woman in a green shirt (to use the term loosely, I assum she's a manager or higher up) taking another order.. I continue to pull up to the second window as I was told where I'm asked what my "ask me" was. (being 2 medium cups of ice, it shouldn't really be that difficult to relay a message to your other crew). The same woman who so rudely took my order then appears at the window and says "uh you didn't pay me?!?!?".. well, no we were told to go to the second window... she takes my money as she rolls her eyes and disappears to the back again... The guy at the window proceeds to give me a cup carrier containing a Sweet Tea, a Sprite, and a water.. and two LARGE cups of ice with NO LIDS.. my daughter leans over me from the passenger side on my car and asked if the woman in green is the manager on duty and the guy replies yes... I comment on how she isn't very friendly and i ask for my receipt and he just smirks and laughs under his breath and says "have a good one". Seriously I came here for 3 drinks and I'm treated this poorly by a manager nontheless. Very disrespectfull manager and crew.... don't plan on returning anytime soon! As most McDonald's do even though I ordered from the counter and paid with cash they still screwed up my order while I only had a southwest grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing instead of southwest sauce a basket of fries 5 months ago but when I called them 45 minutes later from my work when I took the food to the shop and we realize we were missing two McDoubles two Big Macs and a 20 piece chicken nugget they told me hey we're just going to replace the entire order salad and all I said that's wonderful you're awesome but what if I don't make it out there for another 6 months all you'll be back he said I said no I seriously might not make a delivery out that way for another 6 months he said will give me your name and I'll remake the entire order when you show up?
