I ordered a Sweet Italian Sausage Sandwhich .. $9.79 and French Fries.. $5.99... The tall gentleman with thick Black Glasses charged me almost 20 dollars and I gave them a 2 dollar tip... I hadn't eaten since 8 am and was hungry.. I used to order with the other location In Norristown.. They have great food and was excited about this sandwhich as I grew up on the 500 block of Main St when it was "Little Italy".. I paid for the sandwich and mentioned to that same gentleman how good the food at the other place was... We laughed and shared a moment.. I would imagine if the sandwhich was horrible and he knew.. That he would say something then.. No... I went back to work.. I sat down and opened the sandwhich and the fries.. poured ketchup packets and sprinkled pepper on the Ketchup.. Yummmmmm! I unwrapped the sandwhich and it looked great.. even with the broccoli Rabe not cooked properly.. (see picture)... and I took a bite.. DISGUSTING!!! DID NOT TASTE LIKE SAUSAGE!! IT WAS RAW!!! I looked at the rest of the sausage and it was white with the pink ends....!!! I called them and they told me they put the sausage in the oven and then they grilled it.. Not even freaked close... So the guy that takes the orders challenged me... I was gonna let it go and not go back.. Made me upset amd I drove over.. The gentleman tried to gaslight me and tell me that is the way is supposed to be... No way.. the outside of the sausage should be grilled!! Sausage slightly burnt.. One guy told me I had to ask to get it cooked like that... I asked for my money back and they thought I was funny... They looked at the sandwhich and told me if I wanted another one or my money back.. Then the other guy with the thick glasses took over.. told me to Whoa!!!! Calm down.. My voice was up, but not screaming.. I was assertive and he was laughing instead of making me feel like he cared... He tried to give me ten dollars back... I told him I wanted my 18 dollars back and he could keep the 2 dollar tip.. He laughed at me...gave me my money back..and tool the 2 dollars from the tip jar and asked me if I wanted them back.. I said no..but after he told me he did not need them and laughed.. I took them back... Mind you..The other around him that work there were not laughing... he was.. I will nit return to this location.. and I do not recommend it at all.. I had a previous incident there about a year ago and I never said anything... Thank you.. I left messages for the owners at the other place... Horrible!!! Spoke to the owner.. Not impressed.. That raw sausage has my stomach...

Incredibly poor atmosphere and rude owner.

On my way home from some errands with my wife and one month old, we decided to grab a pizza. After trying to call numerous times to place an order for takeout and the lines being busy or dropping, we decided to just go and place the order. I left my wife and baby in the car as there is not much room in the restaurant to wait for your order. I placed my order and asked the hostess if I could wait at one of the open tables while my food was being prepared. She said yes. A few moments later a family of four came in and the owner said to the hostess "Seat them in the middle there, and ask this man to move". The conversation happened literally right in front of me, not sure why he could not tell me himself. I re-positioned myself to allow the family to sit at the table right behind me (as that was the table "in the middle"). They had a child in a car seat so could definitely use the room (I know how that goes), but there was still plenty of space for them at a 6 person table. The owner Chris came up to my table, grabbed it and started to slide it away from me telling me that i have to make space for the family.

All in all, he had no way of knowing that I had a wife and baby in the car that I could have brought in with me to sit down and eat, or just sit and wait. But he did know that I was a paying customer, and he should be more respectful of people whether they are eating in or dining out. Being a resident of the area, I have been to this establishment many times before. However, this will be my last time going as there are certainly many other pizza places either on par, or better...

Having worked nearby at night for many years I have gotten dinners from here many times. Food is very good with large sizes being large. With the accompanying large price. Price and size match accordingly I think. They get very busy end of week so give your order time. The only complaint I have is when you order a stromboli or any other large meal for yourself, others, family you can't get enough sauce for your order. Even if you tell them, "hey, I'm picking up this large order for 6 people can I get more sauce, I'll pay for extra?" They give you a dirty look, fill a small cup of about 8oz of sauce and give it to you. This is with 3 strombolis which are cooked w\o sauce because of their oven. I don't understand why they don't just make more sauce to have on hand if they gotta be so tight with giving sauce. I mean no matter what size stromboli you order they give you a 4oz cup of sauce with multiple strombolis they give you a little bigger but not for each stromboli. Add sandwiches and meals that require sauce and you got angry people at dinner fighting over miniscule amounts of...

I tried two of their Fired Brick Oven pizzas — the Margherita and the Bianca con Arugula. The flavors on both were really good, and the toppings tasted fresh. The only thing I’d point out is that the overall texture of the pizzas could be improved a bit. The Bianca, in particular, is perfect if you really enjoy arugula since it comes with a generous amount on top. I also ordered the Bruschetta as an antipasti. It was nice, but I’d say the real star here is definitely the pizza. The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and quick, which made the whole experience very smooth. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and quiet, a great place to sit back and enjoy a meal without any rush. All in all, a solid spot for brick oven pizza, with wonderful service and a relaxed vibe.”

Oh my god their cheesesteak is perfect. Perfect amount of meat and veggies and cheese. Got the cheesesteak all the way with peppers, onion and mushroom. Also, the taco pizza is unbelievable… I thought I’d never say this since I’m 100% Italian and I should probably be banned from Italy if I ever mention taco pizza there lol but it’s just so so freaking good. Highly recommend. I’ll be back soon
