Wendy's — Restaurant in Collegeville

I always promote this place.. They always have a hard time getting breakfast business going, so I do the best I can to tell my coworkers about what a great breakfast this is.. Something changed recently in this store as the quality of food preparation has taken a dive. A few days ago, my Sandwhich was cold the the English Muffin not cooked... Today, I was hungry.. It's Monday morning and I wanted to get started with a good breakfast. I go to Rednner's for fruit and a yogurt.. And I also get cooked food.. I go to WAWA, Los Gordos, McDonald's or Wendy's... I picked Wendy's today.. The sausage smelled when I opened the sandwhich to put sauce in it.. I ignored it...my stomach didn't.. I took a bite and the Emglish muffin was still raw.. The combo was overwhelming and I stopped. My coffee was cold.. sipped that.. went to my French Toast sticks, which I usually have to let cool down.. They were cold and tasted differently.. I never take food back.. I throw it out and not come back.. I took the food back. I spoke to a lady.. no tags so I don't know her name.. she gave me a generic answer and looked at me surprised... She returned my money back.. My stomach is sick from the couple of bites from the sausage.. I told them to check it really good before someone else gets sick... I walked away.. I do not like to do this......

This Wendy's continually disappoints. Multiple times I have gone half an hour or so before close and they say they are "out of frosty"--they aren't out, their machine is probably off and they don't feel like turning it on. Tonight I waited 5 minutes for food after they asked us to pull away from the window and wait, and I got old, cold nuggets that were literally disgusting. I get that it's fast food, but I've been to way better places--Chick Fil A, Qdoba, etc. are...

This Wendy’s location is so incredible! I work around the corner and have been going to this Wendy’s every time I work for my break for about a year, and let me tell you the team at this store is unbelievably amazing!! They never mix up orders, and are always smiling, and are always so quick with the food! You can tell they are great people inside and outside the store and they do their jobs so well! I nothing but amazing things to say about the store and...
