Once they found out I was pregnant, they purposely tried to make me lift heavy things, they constantly tried to nitpick with me or have me doing things that they were supposed to be doing. For the safety of my baby I just wanted to do something a little less straining and managers that didn’t like me kept trying to place me in areas I couldn’t really be in. The GM did nothing about it even though I’ve complained to him multiple times. A couple of managers and a manager in training don’t deserve their positions at Taco Bell they curse infront of customers everyday I worked they rude to customers too they say stuff when the window is close very unprofessional . The general manager Charles let his managers run over him he’s not a good general manager at all . It was days I told him I was sick he would have an attitude with me he never listen to anything I told him about my health . Other managers at this store make over 5 items to take home to their families/kids without paying for it very unprofessional . Charles is unprofessional sending me inappropriate pictures to my phone and telling me things he wanted to do to me in a sexual way he shouldn’t be a general manager his mouth so foul it’s ridiculous he needs to be fired or suspended . Keisha becton shouldn’t be a manager or shift leader she’s lazy she wanted me to do her job she unprofessional she need to be fired . CC I don’t know her real name but she’s loud and ghetto she cursed at me while the window was open a customer heard everything she said she need to be gone ASAP she don’t deserve a job there she 30 years old with no home training she act like a wild animal this store need to be closed or they need to hire a new team . CC did about 5 no call no shows and Charles refused to let her go now they making her a manager she’s too aggressive to be a female I don’t think she need to...

Ordered a very simple dinner for my fiance and I - 2 Chalupa boxes with one of the tacos made with refried beans instead of the classic beef. After waiting about 30 minutes for a few cars to move through the drive through, I received my order. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed that most of the employees were standing around doing nothing and another lady seemed to be doing everything. After leaving, I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager because I thought it was worth noting that it seemed like only one person was working hard while the other workers just loitered around, hence most likely causing the long wait time. When speaking with the manager, I was rudely informed that they were short staffed and that I had no right to complain about waiting and that I was complaining because I was white. This isn't a racial issue and it doesn't need to be turned into one. The service was slow and it needed to be addressed. When I arrived at home, we had 1 napkin, 0 straws for our drinks, and one taco with refried beans (made correctly), one chalupa with refried beans (made incorrectly, it should have been the regular beef), another chalupa (made correctly), and a taco with black beans (made incorrectly, it should have been beef). Worse yet, this was a mobile order so I'm more than sure that they just read the order wrong and didn't care about the quality of service. Worst experience ever. Reason- Ordered- Rice Bean burrito + Nacho Fries + Fiesta Veg burrito. Nacho Fries- For large, quantity for less but taste was good, really liked it. Problem- First waited for 20 min in store with no update on order. A guy left frustrated waiting for his order in meanwhile. Then asked the staff how much time will it take, with no answer. Then asking multiple times they said that they have lot of orders so to comeback after 30min. Understanding the busy day, I came back after 30 min to collect the order. On reaching home when I opened the Fiesta Veg burrito to reheat it, I found that they have given me a Pepperoni(and rice)burrito not a Fiesta Veg. I called back in to complain and replace, without any apology I was rudely asked to come back through drive through which I did. After waiting for 10 min in drive through, on the window when I handed back the Pepperoni burrito to get my Fiesta Veg, they again without any remorse asked me what’s wrong with it. Then they handed me the Fiesta Veg burrito and I asked to confirm that it was Fiesta Veg and gave an initial look to check myself . But again on reaching home when I opened the burrito to heat, I found pieces of Pepperoni in it.
