Me and my family of 5 recently dined at Sakura restaurant in Collierville, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. Despite a few complaints about a 5-10 minute wait time, I personally didn't find it to be a big issue, especially considering the overall fantastic experience. I can wait 20 minutes not a big deal.

Tried on August 2nd, was not impressed. The food was not that good from the salad to the sushi. I was really dissapointed. The teriyaki chicken and beef were terrible. Chicken low quality and cooked to a rubber consistency with sauce DRENCHED on top. It was not edible. Beef also DRENCHED with sauce and full of fat and gristle. The ginger dressing on salad was sweet, which was unappetizing and again, the salad was DRENCHED in the bright orange dressing, very unappealing. Wait time to take order or be checked on was too long. We did not get any special sushi, just the 3 combo option, but it was just ok.
