03/13/23 The atmosphere was awesome and our waitress was amazing and sweet. But, the manager on the other hand, she needs to be fired. I had sent our steaks back with my waitress because it was rare, and got it back and not only was it not medium rare, but my plate was switched with my dates, and his fries(on his original plate which now had my steak on it) were not new but the original cold fries that we had gotten originally. This time, I got the manager. The manager comes, looks at our plates, and after i explained we would like new steaks and new fries, all she says is, "yeah we didn't know what plates the steaks went on." Didn't offer to take them back or remake them-nothing. And so I asked again if she could take them, and she very obviously, reluctantly, did. We get our steaks for a third time, and by this point my date and I are ready to leave, and so we ask for them in to-go boxes. After getting them, we ask the waitress if we could get the steaks taken off our receipts as was customary after waiting an hour and a half and having sent it back numerous times, and she says, "of course I can do that, no problem!" She comes back and says the manager refused to knock off the steaks because wE WeRe GeTtInG tHeM tO Go?? Ridiculous. So we just said fine, paid for it, and left. I love this place, but tonight was unusual compared to the service it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited on the evening of 6/1/21. We had a party of 7 that included a wheelchair and an infant in a high chair. We were told that we had to be seated at 2 tables because they could not have more than 6 in a group at a table. We were told by the manager that this info came from corporate. As of the middle of May, information was released from the state that restaurants were able to allow parties of no more than 10. The info from corporate concerning the table sizes of 6 or less was not posted on the front door nor on their website. When we were seated, our table was sticky due to the bottle of honey sitting on it. All condiments were already placed on the table prior to us being seated. The table should not have been sticky if all of the condiments were wiped down or replaced between customers. Most of the employees including the manager had their face masks under their noses. When we asked an employee why they were wearing them under their noses, they said because they wanted to. Since my family cannot sit together at this location and the poor sanitizing condition of this restaurant, we will be choosing to patronize local restaurants that are welcoming families with up to 10 in their party and have much better sanitization...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food was good is all I can say about my recent visit to Coltons. When we got there there were only 2 other tables occupied at the time, so not busy at all. Normally when you walk into a restaurant there is a greeter there to seat youā¦nope no one there. After a minute or 2 this very irritated female come walking up, as slow as I have ever seen anyone move. She asked how many, we told her 4 and she seated us and walked away. No other communication whatsoever. Then our waitress comes out, another one who looks like she hates her life and her job. She takes our drink order and appetizer, comes back and asks for our orderā¦we order and we donāt see her again until she brings out salads. Not once did she come refill any of our glasses, getting her to take the dirty dishes from the table was like pulling teeth. By the time she did come take the dirty dishes there was quite the stack of themā¦appetizer plates, salad plates, main course plates, empty glasses (because you know she never once refilled any of our glasses). All in all it was a horrible experience at Coltons and the only reason I am giving it a 1 star is because the...
