Recently attempted to buy my own personally taken photos (not professional AT ALL) at this Walgreens along with some older professional photos from years ago. I completely understand the procedure of actual photography photos must have a print release and it is on my part that I wasn’t prepared with my print releases...but what I am upset about with the customer service I received by Amonni was the fact she was not even willing to listen to what I was attempting to explain regarding my photos.
Photo A—Nephews picture edited of him laying on a white blanket with milestone words added, taken by myself. Photo B—Nephews picture of him laying on a white blanket, taken by myself. Photo C—2017 Outside professional family Christmas photo zoomed in. Photo D—2017 Outside professional family Christmas photo not zoomed in. Photo E—My daughters newborn professional photo with white blanket as a background.
Amonni, stated I would be able to purchase photo A and photo C only, without a print release. I questioned her explaining that the photo B is the same child taken by myself so I should be able to buy that one. She then tried to say because the background of photo B is the same background of photo E and refused to listen or comprehend what I was saying regarding it not being a professional photo. Once she started to refuse to even listen, I then question why I would be able to buy photo C, but I couldn’t have photo D since it was the same. She attempted on explaining that one photo was outside and one wasn’t? Once I pointed out the fact that it is the exact same, she then changed her mind and said nevermind you can’t have that one either.
I have no problem understanding that since I didn’t have my print releases available then I couldn’t obtain my professional photos, but what I’m upset about is the fact she would not release my own taken photos even after I explained because she refused to listen.
Then, I requested the same exact photos to be made and bought at a neighboring Walgreens and was given no issues. Wasn’t even asked for a print release even though I brought it this time in case.
I will not be buying anymore photos or any merchandise at this Walgreens whether it is convenient or not and will continue to go out of my way to a different one.
The fact that Amonni wouldn’t even listen when I was trying to explain the difference is horrible customer service. I give kudos for sticking to the release of printing procedures, but when it comes down to not even being able to purchase my own non-professionally taken photos is what is...

I bought gift cards for an elderly relative who died over Xmas and so I went in to use them to buy an expensive electronic cigarette, something I wouldn't normally do, but since I had already spent the money on the card, I thought, why not? I got the thing home and it wouldn't work, and I don't blame the STORE for that, but I would expect them to take a prompt return, which they did AS STORE CREDIT, so now, the money that I laid down in CASH is now only good for things on STORE CREDIT, which means no drugs, no alcohol and no cigs (that's as far as I know, there could be more exceptions)... so because THEY Had a defective item, now I have to spend 50+ dollars on WHAT? SHAMPOO... but not the medicated shampoo?? never again... never shop there, never set foot in there... This review list is BLASTED with bad ratings, yet their rating still seems unphased...
