Went in stood with a employee with my equipment to be handed back in. He pretended to have computer issues as more people came in .the ladies working was trying to take care of them one by one as this guy stalled.and had rude remarks to say about the other girl employees how she is lazy.as I stand here trying to hand my equipment back in which takes literally 5 mins. After I say ok you have clicked and backed out over and over thinking I can't see but I can. Just so you can look busy then talk crazy on the ones working . Then lie to me like the computer is messing up. He ask for my name and info as I have him before. Says he can't find it. But I have had service with them for 8 to 10 years. So I told him you either take this equipment back and give me my new one for my moving . You all even transferred my address to the new one. Told me to bring it up and easy exchange.here I am 50 mins still equipment in my hand. This dude says he is getting manager I said you better get someone cause your luck is running out buddy. I do not play stupid game with stupid people or companies. She comes out only heard his side harassing him. Did not ask what she could to help. But I need to leave now. I told her how he is talking trash in your girl employees she said get out or calling the cops. I said call them.ibfact why don't he walk me outside. . . In no way will I ever walk back in that store. I left with my equipment and was banned from that store. This is what I get for being a customer of a shady company. This happened 100 percent. My wife was also there. I called the hotline to complain and Noone called back or any resolve. I might just take a walk in their tomorrow and see my old friend. If he wasn't fired for being the worst employee in the world. Was gonna be 2 stars but after reliving it it's one star because you don't have zero stars. This is one of very very few bad reviews. Enter at your own risk.employees and maganer have no idea how to solve or resolve issues. At all. The blind leading the blind. The Shiloh office. Next to derbergs. I go to Belleville store and very nice organized people. Never had one issue .Collins ille store same thing. Do not deal with the quakes at Shiloh store. . They do not care about...

I co-run a welding manufacturing facility. I was in sales for 8 years and a recruiter for the Marine Corps for 3. I am a Toastmaster in public speaking. With all that being said, I have never met a more fascinating and professional individual as I did last week when switching my mobile service over to Spectrum. Upon entering I was greeted warmly, which is always the first step and a must. However, the greeting felt more sincere than usual. While purchasing my service and new IPhone XR all my questions were asked and answered. Most of the time my question, which were an abundant amount, were answered before I had the chance to release them. I have never seen such professionalism in my entire life. Even during my purchase another lady entered that ONLY wanted to speak to Monique. That was a sure sign that this unique and highly professional induvial was a āfan favoriteā at this store. Having not finished deciding on what phone I wanted, I decided to let the lady go ahead of me while I finished deciding. When I say it was majorly apparent as to why she wanted to speak to Monique only I was amazed. The lady was taken care of quickly and Monique reassured her over and over everything was in good standards/hands. I told Monique at the end of my transactions that I saw why she was the manager and in charge. I was shocked when she said she wasnāt the manager. Overall, this sales representative (Monique) was the best interaction I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing and interacting with. She deserves her own store in my opinion. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this store on 7/15/25. There were 3 employees working the desks. One was a trainee simply observing. The man working the desks closest to the door was great, professional, fast, and friendly. The woman who was working the furthest desk from the door who was being shadowed by the trainee. Was the most unprofessional worker/employee I have ever seen. The man went through 4-5 customers including me during my 45 minute wait. The woman made it to her second customer, and was still "helping" him when I left. After completing his request she proceeded to laugh, flirt, joke, and tell stories with the young man she was helping for the remaining 30 minutes I was there. While the store had about 8 people waiting in line. At one point the man handed her his phone, and she obviously put her phone number in it. She WAS NOT servicing his phone. Check your cameras, and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. I could hear most of their conversation, and at one point they even joked, and laughed about all of the waiting customers. While they continued to flirt, and completely ignore the customers. Thank goodness for the other guy working that day, or no one would have been helping. I like most people will not tolerate doing business with someone with such a disregard for their job, and the people they are paid to help. Find someone new, and you might just get a higher store rating. TBH if just the man was there, I think his name was Tony. I would have given 5 stars even if I had to wait an hour, or more . Just for the simple fact of how friendly, and helpful he was. You are lucky you have an employee like him. Your other employee......
