Chanellos in Colonial Heights has been really good until a couple of months ago. Pizza was always excellent. Good amount of toppings, cooked perfectly, good flavor and not greasy. Lately the pizza has been under cooked on several occasions, wrong or missing toppings, and not ready when promised by phone. The last straw was i called and ordered a large supreme and a chocolate chip cookie. I was told 25 to 30 minutes. Upon arrival 35 minutes later i was told it was coming out of the oven any minute. Ten minutes later the employee comes out to tell me my cookie is cooking and it would be another 5 minutes or so. While waiting two other employees arrive and an argument ensues and escalates to the first employee quitting and walking out. In the meantime another employee gives me the pizza and the cookie. Arriving home 1 hour and 10 minutes later (5 minute ride) my wife and i were floored to find the pizza was so raw it was still cold and the toppings were cold and raw as well. I thought at least there is the cookie...yep you guessed it...it was cold and mushy in the center...im done with Chanellos in Colonial...

Tonight we ordered and followed its progress online and after 20 min of saying it's out for delivery we called and the guy was fairly nice saying that " yes the driver has been out with our order for 20 min but he was supposed to deliver to you first" so I then told him if it's cold I am calling back. I called back to talk to the manager after my food being out for delivery for 45 min and showing up like warm delivered by a rude delivery driver, she was quite rude telling me " you are wrong it has only been 20 min but whatever, I will credit your account for $13 for your next order (for a $20 order) " said " Have a good night" and hung up.
