Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

I order here once a month. It doesn’t matter if I order take out or delivery, the pizzas are NEVER ready when they say they are or delivered on time. On February 13th I ordered take out pizzas from this location. My husband and I show up just a few minutes after the app says the pizza is ready. They haven’t even started it yet. When we walk in no one comes to the counter and they are blasting Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” song. Lots an inappropriate language and there is a child in there at the time waiting with his parent. It takes over 30 minutes to get the pizzas… today to avoid this I ordered delivery. Big mistake. I ordered at 6:35pm and Domino’s app says it should take 32-42 minutes to get my pizzas. I get a notification that the delivery driver Desiree has left the store at 7:17pm. My pizzas say they will arrive at 7:42pm which is crazy to me because I live 5 minutes from the store but I know they may be delivering other pizzas. I check the driver tracker around 7:20 and see that the driver is by the mall and my order will be here in 22 minutes. I check again at 7:35 and the tracker says the delivery driver is at the Comfort Suites 7-8 minutes away. At 7:42 I check again and my delivery time has increased and the driver is still at the hotel. I thought it was odd but I thought maybe there were a few deliveries there or the driver got held up. Fast forward to 7:50pm… I look again the driver is still there. I went to call the store at 8:00pm and before I finished dialing I saw the driver was finally moving. I ordered at 6:35pm and got my pizza’s at 8:08pm over an hour and a half later. The dip cup bag was wet and so was one of the pizza boxes was wet from all the condensation from sitting for so long. The pizza was almost room temperature and the pizza I ordered bacon on barely had any bacon. I was starving and this was so disappointing. I filled out the “something wrong with my order “ thing and ya’ll offer a free pizza or 20% your next order… both expire within 30 days… what makes ya’ll think I would want to order again? It’s crazy ya’ll don’t offer some kind of partial refund instead. This horrible service. If I order Dominos again it definitely will not be the Colonial...

Horrific Service and low on hygiene, I ordered online a pizza (carryout),the person on the phone told me i was going to be ready in 20-22, got there and it wasn’t, i get it the place was a little bit busy, when i got to the restaurant there was a lady complaining about some food… apparently it wasnt cooked well (that gave me the bad vibes lol but i was already there, already payed and i was hungry too) waiter there for like 10 mins, when i saw that my pizza was ready I went to the counter, turned out that the cashier just told the pizza maker who I was (she describe me according with what i was wearing and what i was doing,) Im assuming the pizza maker got confused with some other person and gave my pizza to the other person, it was weird because i was the only one wearing a hat(literally) in the store, so i really dont know how she (the pizza maker) got confused, but by the looks of her, probably she wasnt on her 5 senses (thats the bad part of legalizing drugs), so i dont know what is the point of giving my name if they are just going to point at me instead of using their own tools, unfortunately i will not go back, even though the cashier made sure i got my money back, and she also offered my a free pizza next time i order online, and with the bad hygiene part, NONE of the people who were making the pizza were wearing hair nets, specifically the one who was preparing the pizza dough, a dude with long LONG hair and long LONG beard, neither on his hair or beard he was wearing a hairnet, not sure if the supervisor was around but this is completely unacceptable, neither for me or to other...

I don't do this often at all but this dominos in particular is unbelievably bad. My last 3 experiences have been awful. First one, I got a pizza delivered and it had a huge hair in and i brought it back and the manager replaced it, no big deal. 2nd time: i ordered a pizza, wings and 16 parm bites. It took about an hour and it was the wrong pizza, wrong wings and no parm bites. I called them and they said they'd remake it and send it again and this time it took an hour and a half, so for reference I live 10 minutes down the road if that and this is now a combined 2 and a half hours I'm waiting and this time the pizza and wings were right and still no parm bites. The manager assured me that next time I order I'll have a voucher for 2 free parm bites linked to my phone number. Shocker that was a lie because the 3rd experience i order a pizza, wings and attempt to use my voucher for the parm bites that doesn't exist. So I just take the parm bites off and the guy just says " we'll be there in 30 minutes". Doesn't ask for my card info and doesn't ask if I'm paying with card or cash. I don't have cash so I call them back to try and tell them I have to pay with card and they kept me on hold 2 separate times for the entire duration of the delivery. 35 minutes later the poor delivery driver shows up and i don't have cash which is why I desperately tried to call them back and the dude was so fed up with the prior shift he just left and gave me the stuff for free.
