Dunkin' — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

Today i pulled up to drive thru and screen looked broken it said no signal.There where just two cars in front of me so I figured they were still taking orders so i said Hello to see if it was working. Unfortunately in response the girl had rudely said we are busy your going to have to wait. Which i have no problem waiting because i am not impatient and understand things get busy. So i told her I wasn’t quite sure what was going on because the screen was black and that wasnt a great response to someone jus saying hello. She continued to bicker and she told me i can come inside and order rudely again. Which i did because i wanted to talk to a manger about how she needs to learn proper radio etiquette and how she was not being responsive to what i was saying. If your arguing with a customer instead of jus listening your gonna get the same response back and I tried to tell her that but she wanted to argue which i had no time for i asked for her name multiple times she refused so i told her i will be back to talk to her manager. This situation could of easily been better if she was polite. I apologize for my annoyance but nobody deserves to be talk to any type of away I really hope someone talks to her because it could of been a bad person responding to her antagonizing tone and arguing with someone is not the way to conduct buisness. I was highly upset. Horrible service from this girl to say the least. By the way she started to scream at the top of her lungs!! at me so I definitely had to walk away before i lost my temper she does not need to be left alone without management again. Also the other girl that was with her was completely opposite you could tell she was jus trying to work and was not being rude she continued to work and others that work there have never been rude to like she was 7/29/23 mid...

The last 3 times I been to this location I was told Ice Decaf Coffee is something they do not make. I have asked what have they been serving me since I been coming to this location since they open last year. Also I asked why are they the only Dunkin that do not serve Ice Decaf. Hopewell and several locations in Chester serve Ice Decaf Coffee. I know you can’t get Decaf in frozen drinks and Cold brew but I’m confused to why they don’t know the difference. I notice when I did receive my coffee they never tasted like the previous one even though I get the same order. Speaking to the Chester location where I received Ice Decaf Coffee she was confused to why the Colonial Heights location said Ice decaf coffee isn’t a thing at Dunkin. There have always been some type of issue with my order not being completed correctly at the Colonial Heights location, no donuts , muffin or breakfast sandwich available. I was just more excited to have a Dunkin’ location five minutes from my house. I was a Dunkin’’s customer before the Colonia heights location and I will continue to be by visiting the locations in Chester or Hopewell. I hate to say it but the Colonial Heights location is a terrible look for...

I'm giving this a hard three I rarely have issues with this establishment but today was a hot mess. The manager had a attitude because I did not leave the window right after I received my coffee I was putting my cash away I did make sure no one was right behind me... as I was putting my cash away I heard her getting an attitude saying she got her coffee why is she still there she needs to go loud enough for me to hear she then comes to the window I was like there is no one behind me...it doesn't matter we have a drive thru time of 1minute and 30 secs. I was taken aback because I was like where tf is this coming from. I understand if there is clearly a line behind me and I've spoken to some of the employees at the window b4, and waited in line thru the drive thru b4 well over 1min and 30 secs... and today we want to have an attitude for what reason I dont know but I will be calling corporate today... I parked and left my coffee on the inside I couldn't even drink it didn't ask for my my money back... we had some choice words when I dropped it off and left i will no longer be going back unless they have a new manager that was crazy and...
