Burger King — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I had a racial encounter with manager, who first had given us water that was brown, and we asked for another cup of water, she tells us there is nothing wrong with the water, when it clearly showed it was. Then I went back inside for more BBQ sauce, and she said I gave you all some already. She only gave us 2 packs for a family of 6 who ordered chicken fries and nuggets. I told her it wasn't enough, and she then replied that they were out, when I clearly see the BBQ sauce packs on the rack, then said she was calling the police. This became so frustrating. Luckily there was an employee who seen how wrong this was and gave me the sauce packets and then she turned to the employee and said why did you give them to her. That MANAGER KAROL should be fired, especially how she talks to her employees, and this was a racial situation. She told me not to come back there anymore, but she cannot stop me. A couple of days after this situation accord they hung up American flags all over the BK. If this isn't a subliminal message, then I don't know what is! I will assure that something will be done with this BK and the NAACP will be contacted to report...

They're having family & friends leave good reviews. I called the local and government health department on this place. The fries were smelled bad, like warm urine, were sour, and had black specks on them. We threw them all out. I'm willing to bet Greg peed on them. Sandwiches are usually VERY cold, and if you have the misfortune of meeting the owner Greg and speaking to his wife, you'll understand why it's run like this. I hope they lose everything. Greg kept cutting me off and was short when taking my order and got it wrong. I had to go to the counter to have it corrected. The rest of the staff is so friendly. It's a shame he owns the place. I really hope corporate stops allowing this family to run this restaurant. I saved the French fries to be tested. There's something very wrong with those. Greg's wife called me to ask what they could do as if she didn't know how to run a business... obviously she and her husband don't know how. Nobody goes out to buy something like this. This place is absolute trash and ran by completely incompetent employees who act like they could care less they have a job making your food. Burger King should fire everyone at this location including the manager for allowing such low quality food be served. You’re already a Burger King so how low can you really go. Is it really that hard to take 4-5 mins and actually cook the food to order or even cook and prepare the food properly? This place would run better if it was full of special needs employees than it does now. Gave me the wrong food and the food I got wasn’t even fully cooked. No enthusiasm from any employee. All acting like a bunch of junkies that can’t even look you in the face when giving you food. Last time I ever waste my money at such a poorly run and managed Burger King.
