Only reason I'm giving them two stars is because I like their food. Went there today to get our usual, but not our usual location. Ordered two Cod dinner, the burger basket and frozen custard. All two go, I had to repeat twice to them. Got the custard first hoping the dinners would come after, but 20 minutes later got my food. The person ahead of me ordered something simple, but was irritated that it was taking soooo long. Looking at the back where they cook the food, saw three to four employees talking and nothing being cooked. One person with a lot of hair kept on taking his hat off and placing it on another person as if they were playing around and not getting our food cooked. Also that would be a health issue with hair getting all over our food. When I got home 10 minutes later, the cod was still warm and crispy, the fries were soggy and the burger was dried out from sitting there for awhile. I couldn't eat it because it looked nasty, beef was over cooked(jerky is the word) black in color, the bread was hard like croutons and there was excess amount of mayonnaise all over the burger. Plus I had to eat the custard while waiting for my food. I don't know who does the training, but they should of cooked the burger last and gave the custard when everything was done. Today, around 11:15, I went through the drive-thru to get a mushroom and swiss burger. When I got there there was 1 car waiting for their food, a car at the window, 1 car ordering, 1 car waiting to order, and another car pulled in in front of me. 6 cars total. I have seen the drive-thru much busier than this. Anyhow, I placed my order for a double mushroom and swiss, curds, and Pepsi. I was told that I would get my order at the window, so I pull forward. The car in front of me was leaving the window as I got there. After a short delay, a person opened the window and gave me the total (They didn't confirm the order though) and I gave them my card. After my card was returned, the window opened again, I was handed a bag, and the window was closed...
So I sat there.
When the window opened again, I was greeted with a blank stare. I just said "I never got my drink." They looked around, grabbed a drink and gave it to me. I left to head back to work. As I was waiting for a light on Powers, I put the straw in the drink and took a sip...
Diet Pepsi...???
Under normal circumstances, I would have gone back and had them fix it. Mistakes happen. At least the burger and curds were good.
And I just keep looking at this full Diet Pepsi on my desk.

Read moreI used to work here and I can honestly say I recommend you Eat/Work somewhere else if you value your time. A lot of people are upset that the food takes so long. Well, even I don’t know the reason. All the food gets prepared the moment the person orders the food. THIS IS TRUE, so it’s all fresh BUT for some reason the food will sit in the waiting area (where an employee grabs the prepared food and places it in the bags) for like 7-8 minutes. It’s no longer fresh at that point. God forbid if something happens and the order gets messed up. I was put on fryer so I was finished with most orders and sometimes I’ll see the burgers or whatever along side with the fries in the waiting area, meaning everything is ready but it’s still sitting there and I don’t know why. Even then, orders still go out with missing items like what?? If you ever wondered why your fry’s were cold or anything in general, there’s your reason. I can not figure out what takes the front so long to deliver food. No other place I have worked at took that long. Feels like everybody is waiting 10+ minutes for some reason. That’s the first issue. There is no real coordination, poor management, everybody there talks Ill of each other behind their backs, everybody is like 16, no one from morning crew restocks or helps night crew in any way or at least for my position which slowed me down.
