KFC — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Well, I must say how things have changed!!! FOR THE WORSE!!! Tonight at KFC was Absolutely AWFUL!!! I'm so upset & disappointed about KFC tonight!! My sister went 2 hours before I did. She got the $20 family, 7 piece meal. She got 4 thighs & 3 legs... but when I went at 9 pm, I was told very rudely that I couldn't have it that same way. I had to have 1 breast, 2 legs, 2 thighs & 2 wings. Or i could pay $9 more and get the 8 piece. So I said fine and got the family deal. When I got to the window, the blue hair girl, Nimara was still short & RUDE!!! ARENT I the customer?? I asked what was the managers name was, and she hesitated, didn't say anything, (rolled her eyes) & softly said Vanessa. I hope Vanessa is reading this... then I get home and sort out my family's dinner... one of the wings was the size of a golf ball. No meat & very small and the potatoes were supposed to be "large"..?? There was a scoop (maybe a scoop & half). It Didn't even fill the bowl!! How stingy is that?? AND we had NO BISCUITS!! was all this done on purpose??? I called the store and had to drive back down there to get the 4 biscuits, I should have had in the order. I will admit, the guy - Keanan was very nice, apologized & was trying to fix it... but by now I was pretty heated!! I still am!! How hard is it to be nice & respectful to the customer?? And give me decent product?? And enough of it, that I paid for? I should have just bought a rotisserie chicken from walmart!! I used to go to this KFC all the time for my family's dinner... so much the guy knew my drink order when I pulled up!! Then he left & we have only been back twice. One time it was ok & this time.... not happy. I'm very frustrated!!

This review below, was from 6 years ago.... Awsome place. The staff is very friendly and the $5 Box is great. It's easy to get in-and-out and not far from home. Everybody has something to eat here whether it is chicken or burgers. The manager is very nice and the food is usually hot.

As a restaurant manager, I may hold places to the same bar that I hold my restaurant. That being said, It took almost 5 painful minutes to get my order across to the cashier. It was 2 4 piece meals, 2 large mashed, 2 large mac and cheese, 1 coleslaw, and 2 large drinks. It was $72!! 3 times, she stated it was to go to the manager getting our order together, and he was still putting it on a tray because he said she never said it was to go. I ordered large drinks and was given the wrong cups and had to show my proof I got large! Brought food home, and I was missing the small sides that came with the meal and one of the biscuits. By the time I was done ordering and that entire ordeal, and dealing with the shock of the $$$ I spent, I was certainly not going to call or go back in. I just didn't want the hassle. The location is super close to my home, but I'll never use that location again. Had this happened at my restaurant, I probably would have retrained both employees, but especially the manager. He was so egotistical that he missed a coaching opportunity with an employee who will get frustrated with the management and end up quitting which costs more money to train someone else and that money is passed on to the...

Went in yesterday, 28 Feb, with a big appetite to get some takeout. Also wanted to try the new wraps they’ve been advertising. Intention was the get the 2 for 5 wraps to try out and the 3 piece meal I usually get. When I ordered the 2-5 wraps the lady at the counter said that it was only on Wednesdays. So I asked if I wanted the deal I’d have to come back tomorrow? She said yes. I then pointed out that the flyer on the counter at the cash register said nothing about being applicable on certain days and Wednesday wasn’t mentioned. She went to the manager and she changed her tune. At that point, I only wanted the wraps as I was unsure I wanted to waste my money. Ordered one of each style. The ended up screwing up that and gave me 2 of the spicy. Then had to wait for them to correct that. Those wraps are small! One chicken finger and condiments. The regular had 1 chicken finger, 2 small pickle slices, and a runny mayo/ranch sauce that tasted watered down and it was still dry. The spicy had coleslaw and a sirachia mayo type sauce that was surprisingly spicy. Overall I do not recommend the wraps nor this...
