Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

(Shared pictures of burnt specialty pizza and what did I see, more burnt pizza pictures...not surprised) So me and my husband have ordered from this location 3 separate different time. The first time everything came fresh, hot, great amount of toppings but took a while for us to finally get it. The 2nd time the pizza was cold. The 3rd time we purchased a specialty pizza for an additional price and the specialty pizza and our pepperoni pizza was so burned the top of the pizza was black, the crust was black. I have submitted pictures to your Corporate website and was assured I would be reached by the store manager. I have not heard anything back yet. Seems that pizza hut and other food locations in the area just do not have a good management teams. If they did, the managers would be reaching out to the customer to fix any issue a customer had. I guess you would rather loose customers than try to keep them and make them happy. If there isn’t good management then the whole team fails. You need good leadership to have great customer service and to teach your employees how to treat customers and good workmanship.

Guess you will figure that out when you see your yearly numbers. Maybe eventually close down because you cannot step up and take care of your customers or get on top of your staff for sending BURNT PIZZA repeatedly to customers . So therefor you get no more of my money. What a waist of my hard earned time and money.

Literally the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD with a business.. I called and placed an order and had to repeat my address twice.. I did inform them it was a place of business they were delivering to.. And when they messed up the address and sent the driver to the wrong address they then canceled my order.. When I called back upset the first employee I talked to was rude and wasn't really willing to help resolve the issue.. When I said the F word once he was even more rude and after awhile after I said please just send the pizza with nothing free I just wanted food. He then HUNG UP ON ME!!! When I called back demanding to speak with the manager he answered and was a little more helpful. But still did not have good customer service skills.. So at this time it had been over an hour and a half since I originally ordered the pizza.. So then FINALLY after speaking with the GM they sent me the pizza for free.. When I received it.. It was pretty obvious that it was the ORIGINAL pizza that was reheated.. As the original sticker was ripped off so I didn't see the original cook time.. And you could visually tell it was reheated.. To say the least I will NEVER EVER go back or order from this location again.. Some of the most unprofessional employees and managers I've EVER encountered.. And the have zero to Little customer service.. Especially in a service industry THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! So please save yourself the headache and stomach ache from this store and its employees.. I will also be filing a complaint with the corporate...

So.. my husband got a coupon for free domino's pizza after coming back from deployment Tuesday. We went to get the pizza today, as our two oldest girls are chowing down, I look ay my second piece (yes I ate one 😷😷) and it's got a black dot protruding from the cheese.. I thought..could be a spice but decided to dit it out and see instead.. I'm so glad I did!

Here you have it a dead fly in our cheese.. embedded and COOKED INTO the cheese. We left immediately and went back to this same location. The manager Chris wasn't very concerned, just agrees that it was unacceptable after trying to explain it away. "It had to have happened after it was cooked" ( but it was IN the cheese..baked in) well maybe he flew on there right before... No sir.. what it looks like is your toppings are disgusting and have bugs either in them or flying around. How careless is it of a pizza maker to throw a dead disgusting fly into our pizza..maybe he didn't even realize it. None the less it's DISGUSTING most ppl will say oh it's extra protein.. but I didn't order my pizza with bugs as a second topping.

Domino's offered to remake the pizza ( ew no not even hungry any more..) they also offered to do whatever we wanted to make it right. What we'd prefer is #FlyFreePizza apparently this domino's thinks it's ok to feed dead flies to returning heros....
