ZERO STARS!!!!! Worst customer service! Every other week I like to treat the front office staff, teachers and classmates at my daughter's school to donuts just a small token of gratitude and a sweet treat. The staff here is so rude and unprofessional but Ashley took the cake this morning. Her demeanor is rude, nasty and short. I ordered the donuts and she was so rude and short when I asked to tape the box being that they were going to be in transport! From the moment I drove up for payment she was nasty threw my change not sure what ticked her off this morning but she is extremely rude. If you like stale donuts, this is the place to go. I ordered a maple frosted doughnut and got what looked like a cake doughnut When I took a bite, it very dry and dense. I also ordered a Bavarian cream and it was just OK. The cream inside had no flavor, But the donut itself was a raised donut, and it seemed a bit fresher. I highly doubt that I would be going back to DD.

BTW... I'm in East Coast gal where DD originated. When I saw the Dunkin' Donuts go up on Austin Bluffs a few years back, I was quite excited since it has been a very long time that I've had the donuts from there. They weren't any better! I don't know why I tried this new one on Garden...

This DD is RIDICULOUS. They are new I get it, but if you're not prepared to be open, you shouldn't be open. I went last week to get two dozen donuts and two boxes of coffee for my bosses that were coming into town. I was advised this location doesn't have boxes of coffee. Ok fine, got individual ones. Went yesterday to get two dozen donuts for my work crew and they had FOUR DONUTS AND MUNCHKINS!!! That's literally all they had at 1pm. I was confused and in shock like ummmmmm aren't coffee and donuts what you literally do?! That's like going to an ice cream shop that has no ice cream. Gave this place two chances and now I'm done....
