Dunkin' — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

On the way taking my little girl to school I stopped here for a cofffee and a donut. I pulled up to the ordering screen and waited to no one taking my order. There was no one behind me and only one car in front so I thought maybe they are low staffed being that this is a new store and I pulled to the window. When someone finally came to the window I was told that I need to pull back around to the ordering screen because my order could not be taken at the window. I explained that at the ordering screen no one took my order and was told still that I need to wrap around and my order was not going to be taken at the window. I could not afford the time to pull back around due to that I needed to have my kid to school on time and I had already waited. It was an embarrassment to be treated this way in front of my daughter. The workers do not know that I just went through a child custody case in the courts and have limited time with my daughter. Rather than making it right when I called in to talk with a manager I was over talked. This small experience affected my entire morning and unfortunately I would not recommend this store. Went through the drive-through the other day and ordered a 25 pack of munchkin donuts. Immediately upon opening it, you could see the longest darkest strand of hair that had been melted into some of the glazed donuts. We were immediately told that all the donuts are prepackaged, as if that would mean we didn’t deserve new donuts. I insisted we get a new set of donuts. No apology was given not that I expected one as it wasn’t really their fault, but it was just the rudeness. Today I ordered a Matcha latte for delivery with other items when I was given the Matcha latte. It literally was just milk. You could tell just the smallest amount of Matcha was put in. This was the worst drive-thru experience I have ever encountered. We place our order, when we get to the window they were originally trying to charge us for just one item. When we received the order we drove away realizing that two items were missing. The location of where this dunkin is at is already annoying as is, so we have to drive all the way back around to get something we should have already received. My hashbrowns were burnt and so was the bagel for my boyfriend’s sandwich. We will never be going back to this location. We received no apologies and the customer service was terrible.
