Thai for lunch. Mad she made me pay extra $1 for extra broccoli and...am I blind or is there like 1 broccoli? Anyways! Not THAT mad because it's delicious...called Pad See Eew I think. Yummy!

UPDATE: just went in today to try the Tofu Sweet Sauce, paid extra for extra broccoli again and...disappointed again. (Luckily I was smart enough to look in my to-go bag before leaving like last time!) Seeing as this was the second time I paid extra and got unusually miniscule amounts, I HAD to say something. I took it back and long story short, purple ponytail receptionist was rude and dismissive, told me "well, if you don't like the amount ...then shrug". Manager took my plate in the back (probably spit in the food...I prayed over it lol) and came back out reassuring me that "normally the amount they gave you is the chef portioning...I'll give you more this time..." (BTW she literally added 2 more broccoli...). I let her know that I understand portioning but how NOT OK I was with being charged extra for a "portioned" serving of broccoli. I won't be giving these overpriced entrepreneurs who don't know customer service anymore of my money (taking the receptionist's advice!). I'll...

EIM Thai in Colorado Springs is an absolute gem and one of my favorite places to eat in town. Every time I visit, I’m blown away by how clean and well-maintained the restaurant is. From the dining area to the restrooms, everything is spotless, which really adds to the overall comfort and quality of the experience.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to make recommendations or customize your meal to your liking. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely incredible! Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend starting with the chicken satay. The meat is tender and juicy, and the peanut sauce is rich and delicious. For a main course, the panang curry is a standout. It has the perfect amount of spice, and the creamy coconut flavor is perfectly balanced with fresh veggies and your choice of protein.

Whether you're dining in or taking out, EIM Thai delivers consistently delicious food and top-notch service. It’s a must-try spot for anyone who loves...

My daughter went here on a date and saw 3 tables get their meals before she ordered. When the server came by with water the server didn't take her order and three tables who had come in after my daughter received their meals. My daughter and her friend had been there for 30 minutes at this point. When the server took their order my daughter waited and saw another table who had come in after them get thwir meal. When my daughter got her meal it was not the entree she ordered. She told the server and instead of correcting the mistake rhe server brought them a side of noodles and a side of tofu. My daughter never received the entree she ordered and was over charged. I want to report this restaurant for discrimination against my daughter. This service was intentionally cruel and awful. Don't go here unless you're a certain demographic I guess. Also the food wasn't even good. I am sorely disappointed that restaurants operating in racist and discrimatory ways are allowed to operate here in the springs in the 21st century. A...

I lucked out and found this gem about a year ago. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. To begin, the resturant is small but has a good amount of seating. It is beautifully decorated in a nature theme. The staff is very friendly and the main woman who runs it is very welcoming. She remembers us every time and takes great care in our orders. We get almost the same thing every time because it is sooo good! The massamon curry is amazing and very filling. You can get it with different meats or vegan, which is what I prefer. Optioning for more veggies instead of tofu. My husband and I love to get it with a side of peanut sauce and cucumber salad. Yum! Definitely give them a try. Update: This is still a fantastic place! My food is consistently amazing. The staff is so friendly and always remembers us when we come it. Check them out!

From the moment we walked in, we felt a cozy and welcoming vibe from the hostess. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout our meal and patiently answered all our questions about the menu. We started with the Crab Cheese Wontons and Chicken Rice Soup. Both were fresh and soothing—the perfect comfort food for a rainy day. For our main courses, the Chicken Massaman Curry was a perfect blend of spices, tender chicken, fresh veggies, and peanuts. My friend ordered the Chicken Pad Kra Tiam, which had a great level of heat and paired wonderfully with the garlic veggies. This was our first time visiting, and it was a 10/10 experience. We'll definitely be back!
