Panda Express — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I have been going here for 20 months, sometimes 3 times a week. The food and service has always been great, I have become friendly with several of the employees and Jennifer the manager who is awesome. Last night at 8:16 pm I went in to order a late dinner, I was starved and wanted to eat my food there while it was hot. The sign said they close at 9:30 pm. As I walked in and up to the counter, the woman standing there picked up a bunch of food cartons and ducked down behind the counter out of my view. There was a woman employee at the cash register, who looked my direction, but stayed at the cash register. After about 2 minutes I very loudly yelled is anyone going to wait on me!!!! The woman behind the counter finally stood up and loudly told me to behave and walked to the woman at the cash register and then they both looked at me, turned and walked towards the door to the backroom and stood talking and starring at me. I loudly said she needed to wait on customers before messing around with empty food containers. She had never said just a minute while I finish this. I am very angry still and may never enter the Panda Express on Garden of the Gods again. Jennifer this is Mike, you even brought food out to me in my car a few weeks ago when I was having a car issue and thank you again for that. I don't know the name of that irresponsible employee, I don't think I have ever seen her before. But she needs to be FIRED or at least be retrained in that customers should come first before working on closing duties!!! Sorry for this bad review, but it is entirely warranted !!! I will miss eating there and the friendly service from all the other employees and you Jennifer!!! But I am very very particular where I spend my money!!! ☹️ Needless to say I left the restaurant and drove two blocks away and had good service and food at another...

Sad experience today, 1-29-21. My wife had a long day at worked so we ordered online. Our food was ready when we arrived to pick it up. Unfortunately when we got home, the fried rice was way under cooked. Not just a little bit...but a lot. The grains were only soft on the outaside...crunchy at the core. I ordered 2 spring rolls as well. They were also way under cooked and stuck in the package. I had to rip the paper open to peel them off the paper. No crunch at all...I have never had an issue with this Panda Express in the past. I attempted to call the restaurant to let them know there food was undercooked to try to keep other customers from having a bad experience...and my call went unanswered. After about 6 rings there was a recording saying there was nobody available to take my call...and the call ended...couldn't even leave a message...but my review fingers work just fine. Sadly...I won't be eating here anymore. I ate here 4 times a month for the past 3 years. The customer service has gone down hill in the past 2 months and now raw food. Wish them luck in the future....I'll drive an extra 4 miles to get cooked food from another...

Wasn’t even hungry but was thirsty and driving past this Panda. Stopped in to get their amazing iced tea. I do half sweet black tea and half unsweet mango. I decided I’d order some food and just take it home for later. After I paid I turned around to go get my tea and there’s only one tea urn. I asked the girl at the register if they were making the other tea, she said it’s right over there. I walk closer to the drink station and it is not there. I said there’s only one? Where is the sweet black tea? She said they don’t have sweet black tea. I’m like, wait at all? No they don’t. Oh okay, please cancel my order (they hadn’t handed me the food yet). I said I literally came here for the tea, I’ve been to many Pandas in multiple states and no one has ever just not had the black tea. So the manager refunds me and gives me a receipt. I ask if my reward I redeemed will be added back to my account, she said I don’t know call customer service. I asked what the number was she told me to Google it. Lol ok. There are other Pandas in the springs, no need to come...
