I wish I read Greg Foley’s review before visit this store. Here is my story. There is an empty unused dirt lot in front of the restaurant located. That piece of land has always been used as a default overflow parking during the rush lunch hours by Chipotle customers for years. Everything went well until recently the land owner wants to sell the lot the Chipotle, but the Chipotle owner doesn’t want to buy. What happens next is that the land owner put the towing sign all around his empty lot two weeks ago and start calling the towing company to tow the customer’s car. The only reason I know all about this is because my car was towed yesterday and I had to pay $258 to get my car back. I questioned the store manager why there is no sign to remind the customer about the change in the dirt parking lot usage. They said they cannot do it. The fact is that many customer’s cars have been towed. (check Greg's review) Customer never thought the lot belongs to somebody else and they used that lot as overflow parking for years without any problem. As I was standing on that lot and calling the police to find out where my car was, there were several cars just pulling in. The towing company’s truck was waiting nearby to get another easy victim. This is so unfair to any innocent customers. First, the Chipotle didn’t do anything to warn the customer about the new rule. Secondly, the land owner works with the towing company to setup a trap for easy money. Within less than 10 mins, my car was towed. The towing company is 16 miles away from this lot. They are not called, they are fishing there. In one case, a police officer even stopped the tow truck driver and said the towing sign is not large enough to get attention to customer. Finally, Obviously the land owner is using our innocent customers as the ransom to ask Chipotle to buy the land. Towing company is as happy as hell to make easy money. What a dirty deal! I seriously question the moral standard of this land owner and at the same time, the owner of Chipotle, who is so pathetic for not taking any action even warning...
Read moreDaughter wanted a quesadilla so I went to this Chipotles. . .
I walked in at 8:46pm and there were no customers in line. Saw the "outage" notice describing that their quesadilla machine isn't working . . . still?. . . It's been dysfunctional for weeks, maybe over a month now.
I asked if he could make me one of the simple large tortilla with melted cheese - old school, with the foil, like they have done for ages and he refused, saying "We haven't made those in 2 years". The other Chipotle stores still make them . . . just not this one for some reason.
If you want a quesadilla from this store, it's not going to happen any time soon.
UPDATE: I reached out to the "contact-us" feature below as requested with the same information above and got the following response:
"Thank you for reaching us. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Since this was purchase in store and not online, we will be needing the details below. Charge Date (Date of Visit) : Charge Amount : Reason for Refund Refund Amount : Last 4 digit of Card : Expiration Date : Guest Name : Was Apple Pay or Samsung Pay Used : If yes, will you please look at your transaction history and grab the exact time the order was placed: "
I replied that I didn't buy anything as the store refused to make the quesadilla. Unfortunately, the poor customer service...
Read moreFirst off, I ordered through the app in plenty of time to ensure that my husband who would be picking up his lunch during his lunch break would have ample amount of time to eat. His order was never made and by the time he was able to get his food he only had three minutes before he had to be back at work. I had called and talked with Tess and she ensured that they would replace his meal and she would have documentation of it. Today I called and Tess wasn't there but Kaitlyn was. Kaitlyn denied having any info in order to replace the meal. She then kept talking over me and continued to argue while I was trying to make my point of the phone conversation I had with Tess, or for her to pull up the information based off of the last time I ordered. Each time I tried to talk she would continue and repeatedly talk over me. She is absolutely the worst experience I've had working with anyone at any chipotle and I've been eating at Chipotle ever since they opened years ago. By the end of the conversation she said she would remake the meal for my husband. Based off the way she was treating me on the phone I'm very concerned about the quality of his food. I just hope that nothing will happen to his meal. You can tell based off of the way her interaction was that she's genuinely not a very...
