Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Horrible experience at this restaurant. We could not get the bartender to take our orders. She was too busy flirting with some guys at the end of the bar. Fine. I waited for 15 minutes the first time I tried to get a drink for her to even acknowledge me. The guys next to me were making jokes about me being invisible. Finally got a drink. Went back up a bit later to get another drink and the same thing happened. It was not busy at all. I finally went around the bar to find someone else and found the manager who apologized but really did not do much aside from tell her that I had complained. I went back to my group and within a few minutes realized that she was loudly talking to other patrons and laughing saying that I had tried to get her into trouble but that it did not work. I went around to a less busy area of the bar and asked her if I could speak with her. I told her that we were in town for a family event and we really just wanted to relax and enjoy our time and could she stop talking about us and could we move on. She raised her voice at me and told me that she would not serve us anymore. I said that was fine and honestly that was kind of the problem, she did not want to serve anyone aside from the guys she was in to. She then went and got the manager who again apologized but did nothing to help. (Also did not comp anything) I went back to my table again, she again started mocking me and getting the other patrons involved. She yelled and cursed at me from behind the bar. I was recommended to come eat at this place by a good friend of mine who I guess has really good experiences here. I check out my family including my mom cuz we have never eaten here and the manager was very rude disrespectful when we told him that the portion sizes were not what we were expecting the kids meals were something out of like a lunchable I explained to the manager that I was very upset the two young people that were behind the counter were very polite very respectful and was very accommodating the one gentleman told me that the manager didn't like him and that he wasn't doing a good job I have to beg to differ he was doing a very good job I have been a district manager for other restaurants and I'd have to say I wish I could have gotten my hands on him a long time ago because this is a good employee the young lady that was working behind the counter was very nice and very polite. The atmosphere that the manager created was so unpleasant that we just didn't even finish our food we threw it all away and just left I don't know if we'll be back if the manager is there I definitely will not be back I hate putting reviews like this good people need recognition. But bad managers need more recognition because they're the ones that are setting the train for how their restaurants are ran I can't believe this guy even is general manager for this restaurant. I ordered delivery last night and the entire order was AMAZING. Even after the 30 minute delivery drive, everything was still piping hot. Huge portions. Absolutely amazing. I decided I didn’t get enough and went back today for dine in because if delivery was that good I’d be crazy not to go check this place out in person. My spouse and I ordered the exact same thing we ordered last night. We placed our order and waited. And then we waited. And then we waited some more. We noticed that there were two plates of nachos just sitting in the cooks window but we gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was somebody else’s order still being fulfilled. We watched the lady packaging up the orders walk by this plate of food that had been sitting in the window for at least 15 minutes and not do anything. She was grabbing the plates that were coming out fresh from the chefs line but was not addressing the two plates of nachos that had already been sitting there for 15 minutes. It finally got fishy enough to where we went and asked if that just so happen to have been our order, and it was. The lady finally handed it to us with no problem but by the time we got it every single chip on the plate was cold. The queso was cold and sparse. Smaller portion than last night.
