I walked in here at 4:07 to get my daughter a sandwich. When I came in the Spark told me he could help me. I asked him something and going to be rude and tell me the guy at the register can help me I don’t know what’s in sandwich’s. First of all you are making them how do you not know. And second why ask if you can’t. So I waited for Angelo at the register. He gets the stars , I asked him the same question and Spark interrupted us and said no it don’t come with it very rudely. Read moreThis location is consistently making sandwiches incorrectly. I’ll get all the way home and realize the sandwich is wrong and can’t eat it. Last week I visited this location and since the employee didn’t repeat my order back to me, I double checked once I got to the window that they had the request correct. I decided to pull over and check before driving home and it was wrong, of course. I drove back through and let them know, they remade the sandwich but Sandra had the worst attitude and customer service about the experience. While at the window, she didn’t even say a word to me, handed me the new sandwich and walked off. Adam the manager handed me mustard packs and said I will have to put it on myself. I then mentioned they didn't have cheese , he didn't seem to motivated to make it right. I asked for money back and he said NO! He said I had my good which I was still on the counter where they left it. I asked for the owners name and number and Adam rudely again said no. I called corporate who immediately called Adam at the store was finally given a refund. Adam needs classes in customer service and an attitude adjustment.
