Ok, so we went to Joseph's Fine Dining again this year for our anniversary, and once again...he did not disappoint. I have not been much of a seafood person, love shrimp 🦐 and recently scallops 😋, but this night folks....I went all out 😁. I had Lobster 🦞 Bisque for the first time and I'm still salivating 😋 over it! I also had Crab 🦀 Stuffed Chicken Marsela for the first time and it was great! For an appetizer, we had scallops and O....M....G! They were amazing!!! 😋😋😋. We also dipped the delicious bread into the sauce from the scallops 😋😋😋. My husband had the special, Chilean Sea Bass and it was tender, flakey, absolutely 💯 delicious!!! According to Joseph himself, I believe he said 50 chefs did a blind tasting of fish and all of them picked the Chilean Sea Bass as the best 👍. And for dessert, we had the Mile High Chocolate 🍫 Cake 🎂 and Wow!!! 😋. You will not be disappointed when visiting Joseph’s Fine Dining 😊😋. ========================≈=============================================== Amazing restaurant!! My husband found this amazing restaurant for our 4th Anniversary and talk about impeccable quality 😋. It’s not too big inside and the atmosphere was perfect. Joseph’s brother was serving us and he was amazing, always checking on us and he was so pleasant. My husband had a special which was Cajun Louisiana White Trout. I am not much of a “fish” person but let me tell you, the flavor was so delicious. I have uploaded what the dish is comprised of. He absolutely loved it and the portion size was more than we thought it would be. The presentation of the food was noteworthy in itself. There is White Trout on the regular menu as well. I got the Filet Mignon which was delicious also! What comprises that is on the full menu that I uploaded. The picture doesn’t do it justice at all either, it was bigger than I thought it would be and the sauce was soooooooo good 👍. Joseph came into the restaurant towards the end of our dinner and my husband got the Bananas Foster in which Joseph makes it himself when he’s there and Chris loved it! Don’t like bananas so taking his word for it but he ate it all and had zero complaints. I had the Crème Brûlée which was also a pretty good size portion and I wasn’t in the least disappointed 😋. On July 27th, they are having a Wine Dinner if anyone is interested 👍, and I voluntarily am putting this here, they didn’t ask me to but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to let everyone know about it. 4 Courses 😲, 3 with some amazing seafood and steak and the infamous Bananas Foster to top it off. Nice to have such a nice restaurant in Colorado Springs and not have to go to Denver for amazingly, fantastic, quality food and service.

We actually came here because we didn't want to wait an hour & a half at Edelweiss. But I was SO GLAD we stayed and gave them a chance. Honestly, as soon as we came through the door and I saw that carpet, I thought, "Ooooooh boy, we may have made a mistake...." Sure- the interior is not as "trendy" as the newer places, and so it's maybe even a bit dated, but it was clean, well layed-out, and the decorative partitions between tables made it feel more private and very old-school romantic. We were greeted so warmly & seated immediately. Our server, an older gentleman named Luis, was attentive without encroaching, professional but personable, genuine and supremely knowledgeable! He served us hot, fresh, (homemade?) rolls with whipped butter and they were fantastic. We ordered our drinks and a Seafood Platter appetizer, which included calamari rings, breaded shrimp, & crab stuffed mushroom caps. All three were so delicious, I was afraid I wouldn't save room for my entree! My husband ordered Scallops & Lobster Tortellini. It must have been great, because he got quiet and went deep into his happy place while he was eating! I ordered the TriGlazed Salmon- a generous portion gently glazed with dijon, apple, and just a touch of horseradish, served with wild rice and expertly steamed veggies. Both our meals were entirely fresh, expertly prepared, exquisitely plated and piping hot. I ate so much, I wished I was twins! As tempting as the dessert menu was, neither one of us had any room left! I'm quite intrigued, as the menu seemed steakhouse "American Fare" but everything was delivered with an almost French flair, yet our host had a Spanish-like accent that wasn't quite familiar to me (Chilean? Peruvian? Argentinan?) Added an all-new meaning to the term "international dining!" We were unequivocally pleased!

Not as advertised: Joseph's "fine" dining and "Chef" Joseph needs improvement. The place is a bit of a comical joke and a perfect candidate for kitchen nightmares. I suspect they are barely hanging on by a thread as I'm sure they have zero return customers. If you are going to advertise yourself as fine dining, than that is the level you should be pumping out in the kitchen. First off, their prices listed online on their site are completely different when you get to the restaurant so they can price gouge the hell out of you on a date. The bread, lamb chops, and ambiance was good, but that is about it. Chairs are quite uncomfortable and they have no booths. The carpet is beyond disgusting and needs to be cleaned/ replaced immediately. I've never seen carpet as black, dirty as theirs. The 'crab' stuffed mushrooms were not worth much. They tasted like canned tuna fish with mayo mixed in them =/ We ordered a crab/ lobster tortellini for $50 and the pasta was certainly not fresh made, nor was the seafood actually made into the pasta. Also, the lobster was tough / chewy because it wasn't fresh. Lamb chops were actually quite tasty but the side fixings were cheap garbage. Baby carrots and under cooked asparagus are not fine dining. The sauce for the lamb literally tasted like A1 steak sauce with some red wine reduction added. Of course we didn't get dessert (bill was already pushing $200 for 2 people). I'm assuming this place is bankrupt because no one is going to return to pay this much for food that is literally better at most any brewery, red lobster, TX roadhouse, etc. Good luck to this restaurant.

I thought the chicken with figs and sun-dried tomatoes tasted pretty bad honestly. The butter that comes with the bread they offer is more like a frozen cream spread with no flavor to add to the bread what so ever. And it wasn't the best bread either, a hard crust roll that seemed heated compared to a savory fresh cooked soft roll or unique Australian bread at outback. The flat iron steak was average if not a bit over peppery but nothing that set it apart from other steak houses and not worth its price tag. I honestly prefer cheaper steak houses like outback or long horn or Texas road househouse, flat iron on carnival cruise, compared to it. The Cesar salad was overly bitter and more salad rind then salad. And the desert was the worst part of the food. The chocolate cake was nothing note worthy but not bad. But the raspberry and vanilla creme suace was pettiful. The suace tasted like half and half that had been thickened with starch. It had no vanilla extract flavor or sweetness to it just bland creme with raw raspberries not worthy of being called a desert or being served. The place it's self has no booths and decor doesn't look all that elegent, there is nothing inspired in its design and nothing worth mentioning to other people. The service was underwhelming. There we're no smiles. It was just this feeling of we're their guest to be seated fed and dismissed. No warm feeling or cheerful attitude. The wait time between courses felt like forever. Even more so because they had no Music! Just defening silence with only a few tables occupied making talking to fill the silence awkward since you have the feeling everyone can hear everyone with no ambience of music to fill the air. The only positive feedback I feel I can give is the lentil soup, which is what they said it was. It should have been called split pea soup because that is what it really was I guess it had lentils in it though. Anyway it was the best split pea soup I've had. And while we didn't have food left like I normally would. We ate enough to feel full. But considering this place has plates for $39 a plate or more. I could not be more unimpressed and annoyed towards the experience of not liking almost 8 courses since me and my spouse sampled each others plates. And sitting in silence with most of our conversation being about how each of us were unhappy with our plates and waiting for the next one and the unpersonal feeling we got from the staff. I would recommend most anywhere before I'd...

We went to Joseph's so called Fine Dining on my birthday with this Groupon worth $120 I really had good hopes oh my this was wrong ....so I have to say that I am a trained executive Chef with 25 years experience i cooked at great resorts over the hole World and got my training in Austria and French and sorry to say: Please Joseph go back to cooking school .Lets explain: My wife had the Salmon I never saw a fish so overcooked like this one and absolutely tasteless the fish it seemed was warmed up... so bad unbelievable...i had they called sirloin cooked to perfection...oh god this peace of meet was so chewy I couldn't eat it! On the side we both had a overcooked dry potato so gross we left it on the plate ...after that they served the dessert...i couldn't believe it homemade chocolate mousse really? I mean really? You serve a ready mousse what you mix with water what tastes only like sugar and salt and sell it homemade seriously? So and the best they also do this table side cooking where the Chef itself makes your Steak (cooked to perfection what he believes..)oh my god he turned the steak 8 times and served it so burned I would let him eat it the meat was also not fresh i saw it on the color from this piece .....and the best there is no venting system in this room after he is doing this three times the hole room smells like a Mac Store and you too ....come on this is horrible...Dear Joseph please don't put fine dinning in your sign( it really isn't )and start marinating your Steaks you know it gives the meat a better taste and flavor and us fresh meat for this price serving old meat is not fair and please please get trained this is an advise from a really trained Chef !No wonder why hi is on Groupon every time otherwise he wouldn't have any customers for sure...please make your self a favor don't go there it's not even worth the $69 from Groupon sorry Joseph's bad Dinning you are really...
