To the business owner; I've lived in the same neighborhood for six years. I have frequented this establishment at least twice a week in that time. On 3/1/2025 I placed an order in the drive thru, I had to repeat my order twice and then a third time at the window, paid for my order and was advised that the wait would be @ 10 -15 minutes. At the 25 minute mark I approached the employee that took my order three times and politely asked if maybe they had given my order to some one else? He said he would look into it and be right back. He didn't return. I went into the establishment. They found my order and told me my order was delayed due to the wings. I informed the employee that my pizza was cold. She said "I'm sorry" nothing more. The "fresh out of the oven" wings were also cold. I live less than 2 miles from the establishment so when I got home I put a meat thermometer in the wings. It read 80°. After several attempts to reach them they finally answered the phone. The person on the line refused to give a name, asked the nature of my call. She informed me that she had been there all night and that I had been rude to her staff. I had not. I told her that this was the second time in a row that there was an issue. She was rude and spoke over me multiple times. She insisted she was attempting to help me so I asked if she was going to refund my money. I did not ask for a refund in the first instance. She again interrupted me and her response was "well if we keep getting it wrong why do you keep coming back and then asking for a refund?" I attempted to explain that this was the very first time I had requested a refund. Once again she interrupted and spoke over me. At that point I suggested that perhaps she should "STFU and listen". She shrieked that she was ending the call and that if I showed up at the restaurant she would call the police and have me trespassed. Earlier in the call I had requested a name and number for either a regional or corporate manager that I might speak to. She smugly informed that this is a franchise store so there was no one I could call. I do intend to follow up with the owner of this location. Not trying to get anyone fired but if it was my business I would...
Read moreMy food is basically inedible. So... I stopped by here about 9:15 this evening, about 45 minutes before they closed. It's been a long week, I'm exhausted, and I didn't want to cook. I was craving some good soft crazy bread and a hot and ready to go pizza. What I was served was some stale crazy bread, several of which look like the dough had not risen. Those ones were literally the size of my index finger. That is not what crazy bread is supposed to look like. They were too hard to even chew. The pizza was lukewarm at best, and there were spots of cheese on top that were burnt. I guess the workers here tonight care more about walking out the door right at 10:00 p.m., instead of making fresh pizzas at 9:00 p.m. so that people who are coming in (on a Friday night, mind you) have fresh food to eat. Instead they're worried about getting out the door, so they're serving old garbage that's been sitting in the warmer for far too long. I will not be back here. This is absolutely absurd. Now I have to eat cereal for dinner after I spent $15 for food that is garbage. This is pretty typical of the food I receive nowadays here in Colorado Springs. Everything is just pretty...
Read moreI got delivery from this store via the Little Cesar's app. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but what I got was a cheese pizza that was undercooked (it was literal dough in the middle), had a massive misshapen crust, and was cut completely off center.
Update: I was able to get a refund but you have to call a support number, wait on hold for 30 minutes, and then it will take about a week to receive your refund. You can not get a re-delivery. The store doesn't have the ability to process refunds or re-deliver, which I blame on Little Cesar's corporate.
Also, the manager at the store explained to me that the oven can't get up to temperature when they're busy. But (I can't remember specifically how) the staff is supposed to account for that. I would like to highlight that nothing else about the pizza was correct and it was obvious that it was undercooked. Basic quality assurance seems to go completely out of the window if they're busy.
After this ordeal I decided to order from Domino's. I called their store and they told me in the unlikely event they manage to screw up a pepperoni pizza that they'd be happy to provide a...
