This location has been my favorite location to come to since 2019. I was introduced by a friend. From the first time I showed up. The music was playing on the speaker outside. You saw smiling faces and laughter going forth from both customers and staff. Each staff member created an environment that made you want to come back to this welcome party. Kindness, care, concern, smiles, laughter, appreciation for others, and respect were among the many things and so many others that I encountered almost daily. Most especially from Daniel the ex manger and his wife and Kelcy. To name a few.
Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. For the last year in a half my visits have become few in number. This is do to drinks being made in correctly more often than usual. But that can be fixed. The staff and their Unprofessionalism; however, as well as their attitudes are my issue. I can work with a person who is having a bad day or going through some things personally. I can give grace and say that this bad experience may have been an isolated event. I can not however deal with a piss, poor, pathetic individual who serves a horrible drink with a horrible attitude to go with. It doesn't matter day or night, weekend or week day, to holidays. Same attitude from all. They are rude. Don't always give a genuine greeting. Will give a 'dry' "Hello", after you speak and greet them... One of my most recent experiences was asking for a particular tea with flavor. When I received the drink I quickly and kindly stated that the drink was made incorrectly. No big deal. Just make another. So the woman looks at my order to check if I had given her the wrong information. Once she found out I didn't, proceeded to give the drink back to the male Bariosta and he gave it back within seconds adding flavoring. Never rectifying the situation. So I drove around the building. Keeping in mind and considering the long line of customers waiting to be served. Came and politely brought the drink, explaining, that the drink was made incorrectly and that I would appreciate my money back. Instead of it being a smooth transition from there. I was asked a bunch of questions about how I wanted the drink to be made?! Whats wrong with it?! What was I expecting when I ordered?! I was met with an attitude to say the least. You can tell that me bringing the drink back, (to which you took no time to remake and rectify the first two times), was an issue. I was met with a nasty disposition. Now I know for a fact that if I were to ever treat anyone of them in the same fashion that I would be asked to leave, never come back, get the cops called because of my attitude, or all the above. There clearly needs to be a brush up on training. You are there to deliver a service. You are working with customers from all walks of life. And you are also dealing with people who are having a bad day or dealing personal hardships as well. But it wasn't apart of our job to mistreat anybody based off how you feel. Check that nonsense at the door. The work place has no place for pitiful excuses for an employee. Please take these low ratings serious. Because the staff that work for you Dutch bros are a representation of your company. If I could give negative...
Read moreWent to this location this morning to get two coffee’s. When I pulled up there was no one out taking orders and there was only cars in the left line. I was going to go in the right line but I didn’t want to cut the other two cars ahead of me so I just went behind the car in the left lane. Figured they weren’t out taking orders because it was cold and not busy. Two cars pulled up a couple minutes after me and went to the right line, then two people came out to take orders and went to the people that pulled in after me to the right. While they were taking their orders the line moved up so I moved up behind the car ahead of me. Then one of the girls came up to take my order and said very rudely “next time you need to wait until we take your order cause it throws off the orders”. I said “well I was here before the other cars to the right of me”. She said “well still you need to wait” and rudely took my order and ran back inside. When I pulled up the girl at the window started rambling off a long order that was not mine. I said I had the two coffees, she replied even ruder then the first girl “did you see the sign to go to the shortest line?” I said “no and I have never had such rude people at a Dutch Brothers”. She rolled her eyes at me and said “neither have I”. Wow I guess now I know to go to the shorter line even if I’m cutting people, and to never go to this location again. I have never had worse customer service anywhere and usually the people that work at Dutch Bros are very...
Read moreUPDATE Wow! What a better experience!!! Couldn’t go about my life without updating my review. I went today, on a little bit of a time crunch but not terribly concerning. Between the staff dancing in the parking lot and the fact that someone in front of me paid for my drink, it was one of my best experiences at Dutch bros by far! I went ahead and paid it forward for the next person that hadn’t paid, happened to be that they were a first timer at Dutch! Thats exciting :) I’d say this location definitely got their stuff together and I am very happy with it!!
Hopefully they’ll get it together with it being a new location and all. But it took far longer than necessary, yes I know Dutch usually takes forever because well it’s usually amazing coffee, however, they couldn’t keep their orders straight and had to ask every car which order was there’s and would offer the wrong drinks to the wrong car, then I ordered a medium iced flapjack being that I wanted to try their new flavor and I’m not exactly sure what I got but it is terrible.. not sweet at all like the advertisement suggests, it tastes like straight shots of espresso as opposed to the sweet Carmel, vanilla and white mocha that it’s supposed to be. This is the first time I’ve gotten something that I legitimately cannot drink and I’m extremely disappointed. As I said, hopefully they get the new location straightened out but I will not be going back to this one...
