Ordered & paid for a tire that we were told on Monday was in Denver and would be in the store Tuesday. So we set appointment for Thursday@ 1PM and show up after 1 1/2 drive in from Hartsel. No tire!!! Rob tells us that they have to now order the tire out of Utah and will be in on Saturday.... We said we will be back Monday later afternoon to get it. Very unprofessional not to notify us that an item PAID for didn't come in and immediately wasn't reordered from another location!! Doubtful we will recommend BIG O To anyone after...

Not in a great neighborhood, and there are usually unhoused people living in their cars parked overnight but I have never felt unsafe. I often frequent the gym and sometimes late at night and have never had any problems. My major issue is with the church next door. On weekends, churchgoers take all of the parking in the entire complex. It is very frustrating and I wish the owners would do something about it!!
