I wouldn’t recommend I came here to celebrate my moms birthday and was under the impression they had a hibachi grill, not on them for me not checking the pictures however when I arrived and asked about the hibachi grill they informed me that they don’t do the hibachi show and were supposed to mention that to me when I was making my reservation over the phone. That was never mentioned. Now I’m going to share my experience and I’d like anyone reading to keep a few things in mind as I share my thoughts. It wasn’t all bad. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. No other guests. It’s my mom’s birthday celebration and she dressed up beautifully in a birthday outfit. So we arrive and get seated and we order drinks and some small appetizers such as the Miso Soup. The waitress brings out the Miso Soup and drops it on my mom. On her expensive felt coat. Clumsy or malicious? I’m not sure but I do know the three working behind the counter were laughing at the situation. Despicable. It really did seem like it was intentional to throw the soup on my mom. I’ve been a server and I didn’t notice anything in the way of her reach or where she was standing. Whether it was intentional or not, It was in fact very careless and not up to general customer service standards. Being trained professionally and accordingly should prevent things like this from happening especially since we were the ONLY people eating in the entire restaurant so there was no rush and I just can’t find any other explanation to why the soup was dropped at all. Anyways I then got up to go get napkins to help the waitress clean up our table. I got napkins and then she came out and gave me the towels and then WALKED AWAY?!?!? So I went and cleaned up the table myself. Ridiculous really. Anyways we then asked for the manager to serve us instead. I got my fried rice and I will say that it tasted good for rice but it barely had any chicken or greens or anything else other than rice. 1/10 fried rice in my opinion I’ve gotten better from a southern bistro. From here everything was fine. The manager is a really sweet lady and she was kind to us. She even gave us a beautiful dessert which I included a photo of. I personally wouldn’t come here again due to the attitudes of the people behind the counter they were truly disgusting and just the pure carelessness the waitress had. I’ve been a server in many jobs and I have never ever spilled an easy to carry bowl of soup on anyone. On their birthday outfit? Crazy. Thank you to the manager for the dessert and your...

Mostly i think the name is very misleading. The staff can even tell that when i came here asking for hibachi, exactly what i was wanting. Maybe change your name to Sushi and Grill? Because you know that we're wanting a hibachi show. They don't have a hibachi show, it's just the food.

Frankly, i think the food is way over priced considering it's still hibachi show prices without the show. We paid the same amount at other places, but we got a trained hibachi chef for the price. It was all pretty tasty food, i will say, but i ordered a plate that was supposed to have lobster and got two bites of lobster and maybe 3 pieces of shrimp.

Our waitress was fine, but some of the other staff were a little unfriendly. One made a weird comment about my appearance which, in hindsight, I'm not sure was a compliment. My brother also asked a staff person, that randomly sat next to him, why it's called hibachi if there's no show, considering that's what people are looking for when they search for the name. She got really defensive and left mid-sentence.

The price and the vibe were...

SO I am a regular customer at good Japenese restaurants, as for it is some my my favorite foods...Placed an order to this place through Uber Eats. Cost us $114 for this order that ended into stealing....SO, my phone said it was done and ready for pickup on the UE app. Went to go pick it up, and the doors were locked, we even waled around. Call them they said no cook....so I had to cancel and then we went to elsewhere (PF Changs). These people still charged me even though they were closed and said no cook....thiefs and will be dealt with accordingly...so , had to call the bank and get the refund through unauthorized charges...like no food no charge smh....definitely would never, ever go here or recommend even if they have good food tgey are stealing like that? Must need the money real bad. Wrong guy to try to steal from senpai....smh. Uber Eats wasn't help. What a ridiculous choice they made.😆 I will get the owners name and address and personally have a meeting and...

We stopped in for an early dinner on Saturday night and were immediately seated. We both ordered soup and salad. She got miso and I got the mushroom. Both had good flavor, but there was no tofu in the miso. The house salad dressing was flavorful and refreshing to eat before my sushi arrived. I ordered the Amazing Tuna (sweet) and Angry Dragon Roll (spicy). They were both tasty, the crunch from the jalapeño was a nice touch. These 2 rolls were a great combo to fulfill all my taste buds. The peppered tuna on top of the roll would be good enough to eat on its own. The server offered me a combo deal since i was ordering soup and salad too. My wife had the chicken & steak (gluten free) and thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and all the garlic in the sauce. The steak was prepared correctly per our medium request. They also had gluten free soy sauce. We did not see any gluten free sushi options listed on the menu though. Our meals were $27-29 each.

My hubby and I tried this place after church last Sunday and it was so delicious we went again to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I had the Chicken Katsu bento box last week and there was so much food I had to take half home for leftovers. My friends ordered this because of how much I raved about it. They agree! They will also be returning soon. I ordered Miso Soup and Avocado Salad for a lighter option. So much delicious sliced avocado I was surprised with how inexpensive it was. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. I had mentioned casually when we sat down that we were there celebrating a birthday. When we had almost finished eating our waitress brought out a dessert with a candle. How kind was that? She took photos for us and chatted with us. Her thoughtfulness and kindness rounded out a perfect birthday dinner. Great food, great service!! I wish I would have gotten our waitresses name but she is in last photo.
