Having been a patron at this specific location for years, I normally have a great experience at this Little Caesars. However, Anthony(who was working the evening shift during Halloween) ensured that would not be the case for my family and I that night.
My family and I pulled up to the drive through and were pleasantly surprised to see only one car at the drive through window. We drove up to the ordering box hopeful that we could get in and out quickly ordering from the hot-n-ready menu. Below I've outlined my experience.
After a brief delay I was greeted with a "Yes?" hesitant as to whether or not I was being actually greeted I replied "Hello? I would like to order a hot-n-ready pepperoni pizza and a side of crazy bread please." before I could even finish fully asking for the side of crazy bread, Anthony then interrupted with "That's going to be about a 15-20 min wait." To that I replied "Oh ok. Well in that case do you have anything else hot-n-ready?", hoping that even though they were out of pepperoni, perhaps had a plain cheese Hot-n-Ready that I would've gladly purchased(this has been a quick solution for me at several different Little Caesars locations). Completely ignoring my question Anthony replies in an irritated tone "Sir, we are extremely busy, and are short staffed tonight." Not giving me any clue as to whether or not he had anything else hot-n-ready I repeated my question "I understand, but do you have anything else hot-n-ready?". Ignoring my question for a second time he snarky replies with the exact same answer "Sir, we are extremely busy, and are short staffed tonight". Now becoming irritated myself I retort "I didn't ask how busy you were, or why there is a delay, what I'm asking you is "Do you have anything else hot-n-ready?"". Ignoring my question for a 3rd time Anthony replies as if scolding me "Sir, as I've told you, we are extremely busy and are short staffed tonight." Before he could finish repeating his condescending answer I interrupted him "Ok, you've got nothing else ready. That is all I needed, thanks." Proceeding to then roll up my window and drive away Anthony again sarcastically replies "My pleasure sir, is there anything else I can get you?" To which I said Why yes there is. What's your name?" chuckling he said "My name is Anthony sir." I then pulled away from the drive through line to end my experience.
This was one of, if not the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. As a fellow business owner myself Anthony's blatant attitude of unhelpfulness, and deviance to a customer is something that shouldn't be tolerated under any business culture. I can only imagine the amount of customers that he single handedly driven away from the store that night, more than likely to never return. I know I won't be, and I'll be encouraging anyone else I know to follow suit. Very likely he's also partially(if not mainly)responsible for the flood of negative reviews hitting this location over...
Read moreThey had 5 stars before last night. This is an update to tonight's experience with Little Caesars, which usually has been very good in the past, and I've never had a problem before. But tonight, my pizza was severely undercooked and could make somebody possibly sick, and I do not want anybody else to experience that. I did call them right away after I got home. I didn't want to have to drive clear down there and back, so I'm heating my pizza to where it's cooked fully. The gentleman who answered the phone did not want to give out his name, so that way, I knew who I was talking to. I said well, it was undercooked, and he said well, we can give you a So it's like, okay, you want. I only ordered online, so I'd have to go through the online service to get a refund. The one thing is that I said the reason why you didn't want to give me your name is because you guys screwed up big time, and it's way undercooked, and you know it and hung up on me, so I'm not sure if he's going to answer the phone or not. They didn't answer the phone the first couple of times. I tried calling, so it tells you they're trying to avoid upset people over their pizza ores getting screwed up. So, I thought I would share that with all of you to avoid going to Little Caesars because it's awful. And possibly could get people sick, which is not a good thing. It's pretty evident that it's not cooked. So you know the photos I uploaded were the ones of the pizza when I got it then I took other pictures to show how it should look. So you know the one is actually after I baked it longer to make it cooked the way...
Read moreThe staff were completely incompetent. I ordered 2 pizzas which were BOTH supposed to be sausage and pepperoni. One was correct, the other was only sausage. Both were left out on the counter to come to room temp. One was placed in the warmer about 10 minutes after they were left to rest. At this time I had no idea they were mine, until the crazy puffs came out. The “manager” slowly placed the puffs in the boxes, sealed one of 3 boxes and took it out to the drive thru, then walked to the back of the store in doing so left both the boxes OPEN on the counter. I asked a staff walking by if he could close the boxes because I was sure they were mine. He asked what my name was and grabbed the pizza left on the counter and the other that was put in the warmer. Still the boxes were left open on the counter and told me mine hadn't been started yet, which wasn’t true. They WERE mine. I asked for the manager, who was the dude who didn’t put the lid on, he gave a bunch of excuses, and was totally unapologetic, and then THREW my sauces at me. I asked for corporates number and he said he didn’t have that info. Honestly, I am 1000 percent sure they were all on drugs. 0/10. Will...
