This location has gone down hill. The dining room is DISGUSTING. I had to go to the car to get my own Lysol wipes to clean up the food and condiments smeared all over the table. We finally moved to the play area to find a cleaner table. Those tables were just as disgusting. The area is clearly being used. We cleaned off an area, seated our four year old and prepared to order our food. An employee came over to the area and yelled at us; I mean that in the literal sense. She had zero customer service skills, she was rude, condescending and unbelievably inappropriate around children. We tried to explain that we were just trying to social distance and find a clean area to eat. She rolled her eyes and said you need to LEAVE THIS AREA and slammed some divider closed blocking us in the play area. I would be happy to give a time and date so management can watch all of this on their security footage. That conduct is horrendous in front of a small child! She said that her behavior is what her management wants her to portray to the customers and that comes directly from corporate. What?! We wonât be subjecting our family to this behavior ever again. There was no sign or indication the area was randomly off limits, there was condiments all over the tables for goodness sakes. Even if it was closed, clean your dining room and put up signs! There is no reason to behave like that in front of a child. Our FOUR year old said she wanted to leave because the woman was âmeanâ and she has more fun at chick fil a. When we approached the manager to complain he said they donât have the staff to cook and clean and the staff they have arenât properly trained to deal with customers. According to her, that disgusting behavior comes directly from corporate. Her conduct has nothing to do with training, itâs common sense and common courtesy. Who behaves like that in front of a child? I thought McDonalds is supposed to be family friendly. What in the world is wrong with this location? They have enough people to come over and yell at a family who has a small child for trying to dine in a clean area. That employeeâs behavior was atrocious. We left and went to Chick Fil A. This place is filthy, the customer service is the worst and if they donât train their associates so clearly itâs not a priority and either way that comes from corporate?! Wow. We have ever experienced anything this ridiculous and I donât think we will ever be customers at this location again. Management needs to train...
Read moreI've been in and out of this location quite a few times. Overall, visits have been pretty good. It's clean, and usually the staff is good. This location can get busy sometimes.
However, today's visit wasn't as good as the other visits. I went in for breakfast. I ordered an order of 2 hot cakes. Instead, I got 2 orders of 3 hot cakes. That's okay. It's an easy mistake to make. The price at the time seemed a little high when I ordered, but I just figured it could be that way with tax. Everyone makes mistakes. However, the cashier was given me quite a bit of attitude when she brought my food out and I (nicely) pointed out the mistake in my order. She kept snottily stating, "you ordered two hot cakes." (Standard size is three, so I got 2 orders of three, or six total when I only wanted two). When I nicely clarified that I meant I just wanted 2 total (which is now on their value menu), she got mad at me and said that I still ordered 2 orders. Since I wasn't going to eat two orders (I wasn't that hungry for 6 pancakes), I said she could take one of the orders back. Then she got mad and said that she couldn't because she already charged me for 2 orders (again, simple mistake). I finally gave up and took the second order and gave them to someone who was more hungry than me. The cashier apologized, but she was very surly when doing it. I'm sure that confusion like this happens a lot, and I get that it's frustrating, but the cashier's attitude was unnecessary.
Oh, well. That's pretty much been the only issue I've had with this location. Still a good...
Read moreInitially stopped in looking for the new Pokémon Happy Meal toys for my kid. Since they had some, I decided to order lunch.
I haven't been to a McDonalds in over 10 years.
Big Mac with no lettuce, small fry, small vanilla shake. Not. A crazy order, right? Wrong. Lady taking my order said it would be cheaper to make it a large meal, even though I only wanted a small fry. I spent over $14 on my food. Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Big Mac was wrong. Twice. Asked for some sweet and sour sauce for my fries, since there were no condiments ANYWHERE. Was told okay, then ignored. Another customer had to tell the worker to give me some sauce. Third time my burger came out, it looked absolutely disgusting. Was also missing everything but the cheese and pickle.
Asked for a refund on the big Mac. Fries and shake were fine, but I couldn't fathom spending $9 for a big Mac I didn't eat. I think it was the manager who ended up refunding me. When I questioned why I was only being refunded $6, I was argued with. I showed him my receipt, that was literal proof of how much I was charged for just the big Mac.
Tables were disgusting and dirty. Trash all over all of them, workers who were unhappy and rude, no condiments or napkins anywhere to be seen, and just an unpleasant experience altogether.
Worst experience ever. Save yourself the time and energy and eat...
