I was a walk in order after my 12 hour shift at the hospital and I waited 45 minutes, waiting isnt the issue but serving dozens of others who ordered after me first was my limit. After I felt that it was no longer worth it to me to wait, I asked for a refund or to know when my food would be made. One of the employees stated that they lost my order/receipt, 2 different employees began searching for my order. They finally made my pizza and as I was leaving, the manager on duty let me know he should 'have charged me much more'. There was a crowd of about 20-30 people who witnessed this comment. I left the store and promptly called the store to speak with the manager, the employee who answered the phone informed me that the manager was not in the store and was gone. I informed the employee that I was just in there, the employee ensured me that the manager would call me back that evening. I never received a phone call. I called corporate who instructed me to call the store but nobody (managers and owners) would call me back. Over the course of several days I had to call the store to continue asking to speak with someone about the way that employee treated me. Finally a woman named Lindsey who identified herself as the owner but is a business manager, reassured me that this was going to be handled. I was at work I missed a call where allegedly the owner called with the employee with an apology. I never received a voice-mail. I called 5 minutes after that call was placed and received no response but left a message asking to have my call returned. Read moreUse this location many times , about once per week. The past several times, there has been at least one thing wrong with our order. Tonight was a total nightmare. I called in my order, although I normally use the online ordering. (This is how often we eat here ....online ordering has been down for a week, it was down last week when we tried as well.) A female answered and took my order. I ordered a large ham & pineapple on pan crust. Simple enough ...... my husband goes in to pick up the pizza and was charged $11. We had gotten a text message offer for any large 2 topping pizza for $7 ! He goes in , gets a smart ass attitude from Brandon the cashier and SUPERVISOR on duty. Brandon gives my husband the money owed back. We get home to find our pizza has ONLY pineapple on it - no ham ! We call the store , Supervisor Brandon answers the phone. Never apologizes, never offers to make it right. Says my call ticket only says pineapple on it. So ?!?! You not only mis charged me, made me the wrong pizza , you also mis took my order from the get go !!!! My husband goes back for the correct Ham & Pineapple pizza , only to continue to receive the worst customer service. Brandon says , I'm just going to give you this pizza ?!?! Excuse me ? I hope you weren't planning on charging me a second time for our correctly made pizza. Then when my husband exited the store An associate named Victor yells , "Biiiiiiiitch" while hiding behind a wall. Please belive I will be contacting thier district manager tomorrow , it's clear Brittany the Store Manger doesn't have a hold on her staff, and needs to be properly re trained herself in how to run a customer service based...
Read moreVery disappointing service tonight. Had an online order prepaid to this location for a pickup time of 7:07. Upon showing up to the location at 7:00 I went in and wasn’t greeted upon walking. Waiting for one of the employees to finish up a pizza to be able to greet me and take my order. I politely told the cashier that I had an online order. She asked for the name. I stayed Austin and she asked if it was prepaid. I replied yes. She went to the back came out looked around frantically trying to find my order. She tells me it will be on minute. She comes back and says there is no records of my order in the store and told me that we may have placed it to the wrong location. So my wife pulls up the email confirming the 2888 location. As well as myself pulling up my bank transaction of the online purchase. The cashier then says she will look into it. Maybe take 5 minutes and she comes back and says there is no records still but that we could order again. I again stated my bank transactions approved the purchase and she said after they would make it free of charge. After we wait nearly 30 minutes for our order to be made. We were not prioritizing at all. We were thrown into the mix of everyone else’s orders in from of us now. I’m absolutely astonished at the lack of communication the very poor customer service. I and my family go to this location quite often and it’s sad to see such a constant poor service in the past few years. Really don’t think I’ll be taking my business...
