My wife and I have been going to ShareTea since they opened. The staff and owner are awesome. Very friendly and personable. Reading some of the reviews on here are just outright bothersome. As a person with ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis, i can say that i would never rely on a person in a business that uses so many ingredients to know if something may contain/or affect me a certain way. For the last 25+ years, people with disorders really need to step up and do their research nowadays. You're also dealing with younger kids at places like this and their understanding of this kind of stuff is not something on their minds. We also have to remember that while these places offer options for people like us, they cannot guarantee cross contamination so it's really on the customer to do their research on how certain products may affect them.
The teas are delicious and refreshing. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Kim, is very personable and very friendly. She will answer your questions, help you out, etc.... Like with every business, not everything always goes smooth and when there are hiccups, Kim works very hard to make things right.
The ambiance of this store is very nice and welcoming. It's small but doesn't seem so once inside. The store is located 2 doors down from the DMV on North Union. Stop in and try a tea. You won't be...
Read moreI used to go to Kung Fu Tea as it was closer to my old apartment but since I live down the street, I come here and I like this place a lot more than Kung Fu. This place offers a veteran/military discount which is awesome because my boyfriend loves coming in here. Every time he's visiting from Pueblo, he asks if we can come here. This place has a decent loyalty program with Clover and the store has a very relaxing atmosphere. Decent prices too. It is quieter here than at Kung Fu which I really appreciate. The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. The manager here is super sweet and knows what great customer service is. She recognizes me since we come in often enough. Decent prices and large selection of what they can make. What I love the most are the customization options in which I can ask for no sugar in my drink. My boyfriend really appreciates this option as he can not have any sugar after his gastric sleeve surgery unless it's artificial sugar. Great place to get...
Read moreLet me tell you...I absolutely love this ShareTea location. It's the best Thai Tea/boba spot in Colorado Springs.
Let me give kudos:
This is one of the few boba spots in Colorado Springs that can actually make a Thai tea blended with ice...with boba. It basically tastes like the best Thai Tea smoothie that you could ever have. This ShareTea locations blended Thai tea with boba tastes the best compared to everywhere else in town.
Last week, I was in the area and really wanted a blended Thai tea and it was like 10 mins before closing time. I called the manager and asked if it was too late to put an order in and she happily obliged. That was a pretty solid move in my book.
Overall, between the taste and quality of the drinks, and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff, this ShareTea locations is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs and I encourage everyone to...
