Subway — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Holy st. I don't know when making a sandwich/wrap became so difficult of a job. I literally waited 25 minutes for 5 employees to make me a wrap. They were all clueless on what they were supposed to be doing. They forgot to ask me if I wanted cheese. The guy who started making my order went to the back for 5 minutes to find more chicken. The one guy needed to get help from other guy to figure out how to cook the chicken in the oven. The guy putting on veggies took the longest time and didn't even know how to wrap the wrap lol. 😂 Then I asked the next guy who stepped up to try and wrap it, not to cut it. He cut it lol. This is not the first time I've been disappointed by this Subway and I'm sorry to say I will never go back. Which sucks because I love their wraps, but I just don't have the patience to deal with such ignorant employees. How sad 😭. Get your st together at...

I tried calling subway, no answers from multiple calls. I then sent an email expressing my concerns and no reply back. I ordered a sandwich with basically all veggies, toasted, cheese wasn't melted, it was such dry sandwich. Didn't include the sauces I wanted as well, I had to add sauces at home to fix it... They literally didn't add about 6 veggies to my chicken teriyaki I asked for, the sandwich was so bare. No passion or care while making these sandwiches here. Please see photo attached. Uber eats told me I wasn't eligible for a refund so I then tried to reach out to subway. Since they made this sandwich. Shake my head. The very least they could have done was reach out to me. I went there on 12/06/2021 at 7:50pm . After a long day of moving me and my daughters went there to grab dinner . We were tired and somewhat grouchy when we arrived but the attentiveness and great energy of the 2 boys working turned our attitudes around real quick. It takes a lot to impress me but my experience there exceeded my expectations. I have been to subways probably hundreds of times and never considered writing a review until now . I wish I could remember those boys names because they were so awesome. I would tell everyone to go to that location because of the exceptional experience me and my girls had . The service , cleanliness of the store, attitude of employees and performance of employees was beyond great ....
