I love Taco Bell. The food is good and the prices are to die for. When you have only a little bit of money you can get a lot of food there and it makes eating on the go very easy for me.
That is, when and if you get your food at all.
It breaks my heart to have to write this review. I visited this taco bell at least twice a month every month since it opened. I've never had a bad experience there. Until recently.
Sometimes my order is wrong, which happens. It's a busy place, I get it. It's never been an issue because the staff has always been very helpful and accommodating, they've always replaced the order and one time they even gave me a drink for my inconvenience. They were so nice!
Recently that's totally, radically changed. Apparently now if you don't check your bag on your way out, any mistakes with the order are now your fault. You can't get a refund, you can't get the order replaced, and God help you if it happens more than once.
If it happens more than once, the management will accuse you of lying, tell you they don't want to see you around anymore, tell you that "They're done with you as a customer". and basically tell you to shove off. All of that over a four dollar burrito that probably costs 50 cents to actually make for the company, takes no time at all to prepare, and keeps me, my family, my friends and their families as returning customer.
Customer service should be a priority for an establishment like this, as there are many others to choose from. What sets them apart will ultimately be how they interact with customers, and unfortunately, this establishment has taken quite the nosedive.
I was told they "weighed" my order to "ensure it was right." But the item missing was the biggest most expensive item on the menu. I asked them if it wasn't in the bag, then where did it go? They told me that I would be the one to know that. I certainly don't appreciate paying money for goods I don't receive and I absolutely don't appreciate the insinuation that I am a liar or a thief because the "Food Champions" made a mistake. I also don't appreciate how the manager insulted my wife and I, calling her a "Little girl" and shrugging and making faces at me when I ask if there's someone else I can talk to. I don't like being talked down to, and I don't believe that is how a business-customer interaction should ever be.
They're high schoolers just trying to make some extra money, of course they're going to make mistakes. This isn't exactly their career so why act like it is? This whole ordeal could have been avoided if they had just given me what I paid money for. Now I have to dispute charges with my credit card company because, technically, there's now money missing from my account that just went to absolutely nothing. No, my bad, it went to frustration, an hour of driving (I don't have another taco bell near me, despite what the manager insists when she tells me that "If I don't like it I can go elsewhere"), and now a phone call with my credit card company, who is probably going to give me the same 'You're a liar' attitude the Taco Bell management gave me.
If you have to go to Taco Bell, I implore you to seek another one. This one just doesn't deserve...
Read moreI regret to say that my recent experiences at the Taco Bell located near my residence have been consistently disappointing. On my most recent visit, I was disheartened to find that a significant portion of the dining area was marred by spilled soda, accompanied by a caution sign. Additionally, the wait time for my order was notably extensive, clocking in at 17 minutes—a delay that exceeded the time it would have taken via the drive-thru by 6 minutes.
As an individual who genuinely enjoys Taco Bell's offerings, it saddens me to declare that this particular establishment has lost my patronage indefinitely. This sentiment is not one I hold lightly, as evidenced by my willingness to travel an additional 9 minutes to the next closest Taco Bell branch.
In a similar vein, a prior visit through the drive-thru revealed a comparable lack of efficiency. Waiting for a substantial period as the line stalled, I witnessed not only my own frustration grow, but that of other customers as well. Ultimately, the situation compelled multiple patrons to abandon their orders and leave the drive-thru after a protracted 10-minute wait.
I find myself compelled to share these experiences in the hope that constructive feedback will prompt improvements. The continuity of such shortcomings over the span of several months speaks to a larger issue that deserves attention and rectification. It is with sincere disappointment that I note the evident lack of efforts on the part of the establishment's management to address these ongoing concerns.
Though it pains me to do so, I must express my sentiment by assigning a 0 star rating to an establishment that has consistently failed to meet basic expectations of service quality and efficiency. My hope is that this feedback serves as an impetus for positive change and an eventual restoration of the standards that Taco Bell is known for. Although I'm sure it won't by the responses made by the owner to the last several 1 star reviews it has recieved recently.
P.s. I went grocery shopping and picked up a prescription lasting about 40 minutes and decided to see if the dinning area had been cleaned up to leave a picture . Not to my surprise, still just a caution sign and very sticky soda drenched...
Read moreWe've been using this Taco Bell as our main go-to on lazy dinner nights for about 5 years. We also very occasionally use it for breakfast as I absolutely love some of the taco bell breakfast items.
We have witnessed this place get worse and worse and worse. The drive thru wait times have gotten absolutely horrible. I timed it one time - 30 minutes. customers were not inside and we were the first in line. We had a simple order for 3 people.
The soda machines for both the drive thru and inside are never right. It's usually just the carbonated water with a tiny bit of syrup. Nasty, nasty drinks.
Today we went in to eat, mainly because we had been out and about all day and I needed to use the restroom. Bad decision on my part. It was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. It looked like someone had peed on the floor (in the women's bathroom).
When we walked in today, the employees were throwing the f-bomb around like they were at home on a video game or something. Mind you I have my child with me. One employee was obviously mad about something and was making sure everyone knew it.
The floors looked like they hadn't been washed in days. The entire restaurant just looked absolutely disgusting.
Another family came in and didn't know to use the ordering kiosk. The employees completely ignored them and they finally figured out how to use it.
Another guy came in and as he was getting his drink noticed it was just the water part. He asked an employee and the answer was that they were all out. They customer proceeded to say, "that's the answer I've gotten the last three times I've been here." Which further proves my point that their soda is never right.
Anyway, we will no longer come here. Today was my final straw. We will make a further drive to get the quality we...
