Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I will always love star bucks even though the staff at the last one I went too were very very rude!!! Customer service has gone down hill for the very big coffee chain!! Why would I want to get overpriced coffee from a rude staff????? Coffee is still good though!

Drinks are mediocre. Employees are way too complacent with making drinks here, ask for extra espresso & they don’t give it to you. Act like no one knows when you’re messing up their order, but can go anywhere else and drinks are almost identical to each other. 3 stars because the baked goods are never messed up, probably because they come pre packaged. This is the third time I have come to this Starbucks(in Safeway) to order a mocha cookie crumble frappe only to be told the exact same thing. That they don’t have the frappe roast and it needs to be brought from the back! Really. I don’t buy that story anymore, I think this girl just doesn’t want to make my drink, come on!
