Trailer Birds — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I LOVE hot chicken and will travel to get it so when I saw this place on Postmates, I was so excited. Ordered and went to pick it up, it's located inside Dicky's BBQ. In fact, it's their new virtual restaurant concept which would be fine except that IT IS NOT HOT CHICKEN! It's plain ol', bland as heck tender strips with a side of sauce, they don't brine the chicken at all. Basically just giant boneless wings. My sauce had decent heat but it was so buttery, more of a buffalo style sauce. My husband got the hottest sauce and said he said it was good although it didn't even make him sniffle (he has a high spice tolerance). Apparently I should have read the other reviews first. Thought I'd try a new place while at work on my lunch break. Made a delivery order, it said on the way 30 minutes later still no food. Called 3 different numbers because the number on here is not correct for the address. Finally talked to someone saying my good was still there 40 minutes later they had no driver. I said I will come pick it up comp be my delivery fee back of $6. Got my food it was a patty of chicken, no sauce, soft and not crispy. I ordered Cajun tots they gave me fries, which where obviously soggy now. I got the hottest sauce which was on the side and not hott at all. The delivery order was very incorrect and poorly made. It was not a mistaken order as our name was on the receipt. Two chicken tenders of the four piece chicken tender meal were so small it was basically a three piece meal, the drink with the meal as well as a dipping sauce were just absent, and there was no “hot” seasoning or sauce on either chicken order which was the whole reason I was excited to try them.
