I will start off saying everyone that work in fast food shouldn’t work the drive thru because all people can’t pretend to be nice but saying all that I don’t believe in giving bad reviews I only speak truthfully about what I see and what can be better but who am I but mere dust I liked the food but it needed more ranch but it was hot and fresh and I thank everyone that was involved in making that meal especially the farmers who raised the meat and grew the vegetables see I don’t do the dark and grim reviews there is always something good in everything that you experience in your life even your worst day you have two things to be grateful for that you opened your eyes and saw another day second that you had food to eat and water to drink enough preaching this Wendy’s could be a gold mine with the right staff and management I did enjoy my meal I did see the young lady at the window grin but she couldn’t help but smile when I said to her is this the place where they’re having the drive thru funeral she burst out in laughter and my job was done so remember you don’t know what the other person is experiencing but if you make them smile you have won the battle I try to compliment 3 people each day and I try to make them smile or laugh if we all practice that daily the world would be nicer so I give reviews on potential and also on experiences but a season reviewer knows that you must have patience with everyone you meet so go out and buy some food and support the local workforce you buying that meal might be the money that helps a mother buy her child diapers or food or clothes so always think about that also remember buying and selling is what makes the world go round eat at this Wendy’s and always thank the staff for all they do for us they earned all the stars I gave them and they all...
Read moreThis was our first time to this Wendy's, but we eat Wendy's breakfast all the time it's one of our faves. This was our first time trying the sausage, egg, cheese burrito. Which ended up being dry and not appealing because there was no cheese. I called to speak to the manager about it and got hung up on. Then I called back they politely apologized and offered to remake it but we were already on I-25. They did offer us to return and get another but we don't live nearby and it wasn't worth the hassle. I thought maybe it was just a kitchen mishap but both of our breakfast sandwiches were very sloppily made. When I opened my sandwich there was so much Swiss cheese sauce that it was all over the wrapper and the sandwich has ripped through. I'm going to assume this is a kitchen issue because everything else about our experience was fine. But for it being our first visit can't say that we will return. There were no other customers in line when we placed our order so I'm not sure why our food was so rushed together. But sloppy food and missing...
Read moreI had a really bad experience here. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru with no information on why until I asked for a refund. Many cars were told to pull ahead and wait for their orders. Others like me waited 5 minutes just to order.
Then I was refused on my refund before getting anything. The manager had the nerve to ask me, "Why would I pay for it then?" Never in all my years have I been so upset. I paid for a service and if I am not satisfied then I deserve my money back. I didn't even get all my food. I don't think I would have had such a bad time if that manager could own up to her mistakes or at least have the common decency to help the customer. Even the look on her employees faces said they should have been closed that evening. I will say though the young man Darius did apologize for everything going wrong that night. That man needs more love than that place is giving him.
Next time maybe the manager should be communicating with the customers instead of hiding behind her employees only showing her face when a refund...
