Just went through the drive through (2:00 PM) and the place did not seem unusually busy--few cars in the lot, none in the drive through. I was trying to order a chicken tender dinner, but couldn't see it on the menu. I asked the woman on the speaker about what was available and got a hurried, garbled answer that I could barely understand. (I actually thought about suggesting that the people inside take turns going outside to the speaker to see if they could understand one another, but they seemed to already be annoyed that I was there, so I decided not to push it) I told her I wanted a four-piece dinner, assuming that she knew what that was and would take care of it. She rattled off all the sauce choices so quickly that the only one I could understand was ranch, so I chose that. When I got back to deliver this to the person who ordered it, I found that this order should have had fries with it, but no fries. The ranch dipping sauce was also missing. The chicken was not in 4 strips as expected, but rather two slabs of chicken with a line down the middle ( I suppose to break it into strips), and it was overdone and dry--not even mildly appetizing. Along with the small Coke, this mess was $6.91 and I have no idea if this money even made it into the till or not because I didn't even get a receipt. I used to enjoy going to this Wendy's because it was close, the food was done properly, and I could get in and out quickly. However, every time I have been there recently, I either get someone who doesn't care or someone who is openly hostile. I have usually just eaten whatever wrong order I got, without complaining, but decided that this order today was the last straw. I told the cashier that I want Fresh made to order food and I wanted to order and supper bags. The guy tells me it's is fresh but the food was cold. The young lady preparing the food took the old food out then pretended to put fresh fries in the bag but was putting the same old fries back in. I saw this is asked for a manager the manager was standing right there, I asked him to make the food because she was putting old fries 🍟 back into the bag 🎒 plus she was putting her fingers inside the cartridge Instead of holding the fries from the bottom. The manager called me a liar and she didn't do that because he to was watching her. I told him to replay the cameras. He then said there is no cameras pointing in her direction which I could see for myself their were. He then said he wasn't going to argue with me. I then asked for his name and the store number. He said his name was Trent and he lied about this about the store number. I'm guessing he lied about his name as well. I asked for a receipt and he said the machine was down. I then asked him to write it down, he then told me he didn't have a pen. When I tried to give him a pen he then said...I WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM YOU!!
Him the the entire staff was rude and disrespectful, plus my food was still nasty cold.🤢🤮.

Read moreBeing the first one into the store in the morning, my expectations where high. My first disappointment struck me right away for the place was filthy. There was dust everywhere except for the table tops. Though the tabble tops had been slighly gone over, there where water marks and ketchup stains to be found on the majority. I was quick to be served, but the attitude of the workers didn't quite excite me. There was no hiding that they where not happy to be there or to serve me. Onto the food, it was warm but not fresh, as if it was sitting in a warmer for a couple hours prior to the store oppening. Overall, they showed they didn't care about thier job or know how to do it. I expect a service with people eager to serve me and showing they are happy to be there. I would have thought they would understand how to properly create a welcoming environment. Most important, I expect the food to be actually fresh, not made an hour ago, but a few minutes. When they can achieve those things, it needs to be consistent. This comes down to the managers.
