I wanted to love it! This was our first time trying BC's BBQ. We got to the Brewery at 4 when they said they would be there, but they were late due to traffic. After waiting for them to set up I got in line to order. Had my heart set on the Loaded Mac n Cheese since that was their "special", but they forgot it at home. So, I ordered a brisket plate. This was a couple slices of COLD brisket on a slice of bread. The only side (other than the Mac that was left at home) interesting to me was the rice w/ pork green chili, and that was pretty good. I got my husband the pulled pork, which again was a pile of COLD pulled pork on a slice of bread served with onions and cucumber... Now, it's 1:30am and I am awake and in the bathroom not feeling well at all. I wanted to love it! But they were having a bad day that left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably won't try them again if they're around. I hope you have better days in the future!
Edit: don't appreciate the business coming at me on Facebook messeger for leaving an honest review of my experience either. I even gave 3 stars for a poor experience and mediocre...
Read moreStopped at Lost Friend Brewing and the BC Barbecue truck was there. I'm pretty picky on my BBQ; having said that BC's is legit. I got the 1 meat/2 side plate; pork belly with the white cheddar Mac and cornbread and MAN, I was not let down. First, the mac is absolutely DELICIOUS, noodles are perfectly boiled and the white cheddar is flavorful but not overpowering. I've had such a hard time finding a BBQ place that also has good Mac and BC's DELIVERS. The cornbread was moist, mildly sweet with bits of pork and corn and SO scrumptious! They should sell it to take home. Lastly, the pork belly...ah, the pork belly; moist, tender, flavorful even without BBQ sauce, and then there's a Carolina gold sauce and a traditional tangy/sweet BBQ sauce on the side. Both are fabulous but the gold is my personal fave. I live in Denver and I swear I would make a trip to the Springs just for this place. Also, THEY CATER!! Seriously though, don't sleep on BC's BBQ because they...

When they tell you that this is gonna be the best cornbread that you’ve ever had in your life, you better believe that they’re telling the truth. It was so good that I had to go back to make sure they understood exactly how correct they were.
And let’s not fail to mention the great portion size of the meal. It was a lot (and when I say a lot, I don’t mean that you’re gonna throw away, you’re gonna be taking some home for lunch the next day).
Speaking of the meats, this is probably the best brisket and chicken combo I’ve had - not just from a food truck, but from any barbecue restaurant in general. There were thick slabs of brisket that fell apart with just a fork, and the chicken was so tender and juicy that I didn’t NEED any extra sauce (but I used it anyways cause YUM).
Do yourself a favor find out where they’re at and go give...
