Summary: this place hasn’t even been open a year and has a massive amount of 1 star reviews. Avoid this place at all costs.
I've been here 3 times since this a relatively new place to eat and all 3 times have been terrible.
First time: I go through the drive thru and get burger and fries with onion rings. It's only 3 items so I figured I didn't have to check the bag. Spoiler alert: didn't get my fries
Second time: Go inside to talk to person at register and order lunch and explain I didn't get my fries from the previous time and I even had my receipt. Staff member wanted to argue and ask inappropriate and irrelevant personal questions why I didn't come back and get my fries from the previous time. Guessing they weren't going to remake my other food cause it would've gotten cold from having to turn around, and I realized it when I was back at my place so it wasn't worth it. I figured charging $20 for a burger they could handle it without me having to do their job for them. It's not the customer's job to check if the food is right before they drive away. That's the employee's job before they hand over the bag.
Third time: Final strike, I go through the drive thru, then get offered ranch dipping sauce with my food which you have you pay extra for even though the staff didn't mention it was an extra charge. Waited a good 10 minutes then they STILL forgot the ranch. This place is helpless. Do not eat here or give them your money. I am not coming back. There are plenty of other places to eat nearby. I encourage others not to waste their time or money here. The staff do not care at all. It's embarrassing...
Read moreOk I tried SO hard to like this place. This is a review after my THIRD bad visit in a row here. First Visit: Had difficulty speaking into the ordering microphone...lady couldn't hear me and I wasn't sure where to speak to help. The order screens are LARGE and everything else around is loud. Also got my order wrong. I asked for no pickles and light mustard. And got HEAVY mustard. Husband's sandwich had no mustard in the first bite and a bite full in the middle. We thought "ok well they are still training we can try again". Second Visit: Second time the order i decided just no mustard and no pickles and not have that risk. Ended up still getting pickles. Also, sat outside and waited for about 20mins for our order. I understand you are trying the two lane thing, but you should wait until you can handle one. Third Visit: An issue with the drive through. Lane two was asked to switch into lane one after ordering to pay....except no one moved the cones so I watched two vehicles have to shimmy around it or just plain move them. When I tried to order, the people behind me were extremely loud making it difficult for my order taker to even hear me. On top of that we didn't get the burger we ordered. We ordered a double burger with no pickles, no mustard and no cheese...but got a single burger, pickles, mustard and bacon!?!?

Read moreWent there 2 days in a row while in Colorado springs and both day were more miss than hit. We came in at night, we were the only customers, ordered our food and after checking the order was right, they still managed to get it wrong. And we had to spend more time waiting for them to fix the orders. The staff was very nice tho and they owned up to it and fixed it right. Then I was told if I filled out a survey at the bottom of the receipt, it'll be good for a free Whataburger. I did and got the voucher number for the free burger. Then came again next day, asked me if I was gonna use my app, I told them yes. Then they still managed to not tell me when to scan to earn my rewards and made me pay, therefore cannot scan anymore. And still forgot the sauces, and gave us items we didn't even order. The worst part is the manager tried to lie by tellinge that I could still scan the receipt to get my reward with a QR code. Except the QR code at the bottom is only good for the survey. Definitely lacking in knowledge of the very products they are trying to sell. Then back to the free burger, found out later at another location that it's not really "free" as I have to buy an order of a medium drink and medium fries to get the "free" burger. When you tally that up, it's pretty much me paying for the free burger. Very deceptive. The food at least tasted like...
