This is by far, the worst Wendy's I have ever encountered. It is on the way of my commute, and every once in a while I will stop by to grab a "quick" meal. Quick, being very generous descriptive term. I never order anything complicated, normally a jr. bacon cheese burger, and then if my boyfriend is with me, one of their combos. They are rarely busy when I come by, normally one-two cars in the drive, if any, and maybe a person or two in the lobby. I have never gotten out of there in under fifteen minutes. My food is always cold, and the employees in the window are the most apathetic, uncaring people I have encountered in a long time. No greeting, no explanation, just the bare minimum of dialog to complete the transaction. But tonight really took the cake. We waited 20 minutes. 20 minutes for a Jr. burger and a Gouda cheeseburger. We had to leave from work to go to a meeting, and had 30 minutes to make a ten minute drive. Needless to say we were late. But there was one car in front of us, and if their order was going to take so long, they should have pulled them over to the side and ran it out to them when it was done. We waited 20 minutes, had the cashier not say a word to us, but gesture for our card and return it to us. When we checked our food, the patty to my bf's sandwich was in pieces and not even on the sandwich completely and it was falling apart. My burger was cold. I know how much it sucks working in fast food, but I mean, seriously, how do you take a burger straight from the grill to the window and it still be cold? That 20 minutes should have been spent making a fresh patty. What was happening in that time? Who decided to give a cold broken patty to us ? Those specialty burgers aren't cheap and we waited for much longer than necessary just to have poor quality food. I would have understood the wait if they were making it fresh, or if they had even bothered to say something to us, provide an explanation, or just even say hi, but to wait that long, and receive that? We will not be returning to...

I eat wendys a couple times a week. Theyre comfort food for me and ive only had a bad experience a handful of times. This experience however was 9/10 bad ... First off we ordered a good amount of food. Its was mid day on a sunday and when we pulled up there was 1 person. Who already ordered and was waiting at the pickup window. We sat behind that car for 10 minutes ... 3 other cars proceeding to get behind us. When we finally got to the window they apologized and said were short staffed and are waiting on fresh meat ... wait what? Its lunch time and you werent prepared for the rush? So they told us to pull forward to the parking lot and they would bring our food out. We parked and sat there for 10 more minutes whilst watching the 3 cars behind me get their orders and leave!! I understand they couldve gotten chicken nuggets or chicken sandwiches but that seems unlikely. So i went inside to see what was going on. I walked in and could instantly hear music playing and the ladies in the back talking and laughing having a blast it seemed like. Had we been forgotten? 2 minutes go by and no one acknowledges my existence even though clearly 3 of them side eyed me. Smh Someone finally says hello ill be right with you. Never came up from her station and just hollered at me from the back. When i told her we were waiting on the drive thru food. I heard someone snicker as she told me were working on it.
Im thoroughly annoyed at this moment and if i wasnt hypoglycemic i wouldve just asked for a refund and to have a manager call me.
Shorthanded was the term she told me at the window. I counted 5 people there. Thats not shorthanded. Thats full lunch staff. I wont be coming here EVER again and i highly recommend a staff overhaul. The blatant disrespect was just too much to handle. Food wasnt even worth...
Read moreI gotta say I was a little disappointed with my visit. I pulled up to the speaker and very attentive young lady greeted me and took my order. I had Tucker with me and we had a hankerin' for a burger and some nuggets. I ordered one of the specialty sandwiches and a Dave's Double then rounded it out with a 4 for $4 and upsized the drink. I eagerly pulled up to the window and paid for our fare. The young lady reached out and patted Tucker on the head (oh ya, Tucker is my best friend and a 6 year old yellow Labrador) and told him how cute he is- and he truly is. Anyhow, we got the drink and a brown paper bag of Wendy's grub and headed out. As I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed there was a sandwich from the 4 for $4 missing so I immediately turned around. The young lady was happy to give us the burger and we left. I stopped in a parking lot so we could eat in peace. As I rummaged through the bag I noticed that the fries were cold and soggy and the nuggets seemed like they might have been made yesterday and resembled breaded deep fried shoe leather. Tucker didn't seem to mind but I wasn't impressed. At all... the burger was piping hot and looked awesome BUT there was a taste in either the pickle or tomatoes that was rancid. I hate to say but I literally gagged. I flung the yucky burger out the window and watched as it broke apart on the asphalt. It was then that I realized that I should have just taken it back but it was too late and now i was hangry. I settled on some 7-11 "nachos". Not the best experience ever. A complete waste of$20. The staff was nice but I hope the quality control...
