Taste of Philly N.Academy and N.Carefree — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I placed an order through GrubHub. When the food arrived I was missing a sandwich so I contacted the store. The manager got on the phone and said that my sandwich was in the bag and that she, the cook, and the servers ALL checked the order (yeah right I'm sure everyone working there made sure to check our order) . So I asked her if that meant the grubhub driver took my food. She said he might have or swapped the bag. (the reset of my order was there.) I was reaching out to Grubhub so I asked for her name and she told me she didn't have to tell me her name. She was rude and seemed very unbothered that I had not gotten my full order. I then informed her I will not spend my money there again. Honestly she only seemed bothered that I wanted to know her name. No actual customer service or anything. It was very unprofessional to have a manager respond like that to a customer, but I guess that is the type of service to expect here. OG review posted a year ago: The food was great. We got the cheese fries, and they were awesome. A lot of places when you order any kind of topped fries, they give you enough toppings for half the fries you get. Not here. We had enough cheese for every fry to be delicious. The phillys themselves were delicious too. Meat was seasoned well and the bread was good quality. The ambiance leaves some to be desired. I think just taking down the outdated food pictures and putting something else up would make a big difference. The girl who waited on us was very friendly and attentive. I was a little disappointed that they have Pibb Extra on the menu as a drink but only offer Dr. Pepper.

First off, The "works" Philly cheese steak as I'm sure all of their phillys are absolutely awesome but that's where you had better stop. My wifes Philly cheese steak fries were covered in cheddar and not white Philly cheese steak cheese, got thrown away! My two year Olds chicken fingers were so hard she couldn't eat them even after I cut them up and my speciality club sandwich was soooo soggy horrible and the bacon was skinny, white see through, nasty and I could smell the lettuce when I unwrapped it.I threw it away and just ate fruity peebles, it should've came on the Philly sub roll not that white loaf bread ( nothing about it resembled sourdough bread but I guess they can call it whatever but it had no texture It was literallyWhite bread grilled on a frying pan) a complete waste of thirty dollars or six gallons of gas.
