I didn’t want to give them any stars, but I had to leave a review! Our experience tonight was a nightmare, simply atrocious! We were treated with such disdain and disrespect by both “managers”, one who said he was the owner, and an extremely ill tempered employee. The situation escalated to a point where they threaten to call the cops. I am a law abiding citizen and I am not afraid of having the cops called to the situation! In the end, they gave me cash back and I drove away safely, being filmed by one of the “managers”! My ex wife and best friend and our daughter were so excited to go there tonight and we waiting patiently for about an hour. Things became difficult placing our order and when we drove to get our order, up a group of employees were talking about if they charged us correctly, I inquired and was met with hostility, it escalated and one manager had to stop the other one when he seemed to become ver hostile with me. Then they threatened us with calling the law enforcement…we were in shock. The food was sub par, cold, greaser and we were unable to eat most of it. Read moreFriday Aug 20th there was an altercation between Joseph Henke, Samantha Curlee, and another manager. They were very unprofessional and threw food at her. Jospeh Henke has absolutely no adequate training to be a general manager, especially with his anger. I tried talking to him as a man and he refused to. It’s okay for him to throw food at my wife, but he can’t deal with anyone else about it? What a joke for an excuse as a man. Samantha also refused to let me speak to anyone else but her. Guess the owners aren’t ready to own up to their unprofessionalism. Not to mention the store is dirty. Employees including the owner handle food with no gloves and use expired ice cream mix. I'd watch what you eat here. There was also a lice breakout and the owner refused to take the proper precautions to fix the situation. Instead no one went to the doctor to get their heads checked and they are still sharing and using the same headsets everyday. Read moreHuge shout out to Catalina and her supervisor Sunny. When I walked in, I noticed they were busy finishing orders and assisting the drive thru. Once Sunny noticed me, he immediately acknowledged me and let me know they will be with me soon. (I thanked him for letting me know). Shortly after, Catalina assisted me at the register and was very easy to talk to. She had such a kind energy, and had a great amount of patience. After I ordered, they informed me they were out of the chocolate syrup for the sundae. Both Sunny and Catalina were trying to find alternative solution to make sure I left satisfied (as I am a picky eater - a plain sundae ended up working best for me) but the fact they were doing their best to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction was very much appreciated.
